With AC retiring and Musquin no longer racing, the numbers 9 and 25 should be available.

The 19 should also be available since Justin Bogle didn't score any points last year, and he's not racing this year.

I'm interested to see where Prado ends up. #59 right now.

Just a guess, but based on last year's points, he should be somewhere in the 80's.

As we head into the break before the end of "The Great Outdoors", here is where the National Number Tracker is sitting for the 2025 season.

Notable NEW career number if he keeps it rolling....  *** Tom Vialle *** rest in the top 10 in combined points already have a career number. Have there been any rumors on any of the top ten changing their numbers?

Chance Hymas is close, but would need to make up 60+ points on Shimoda to earn a career number.

What number does Vialle choose? All of the variations of his original 128 or 28 in GP is taken currently. Does he stick with 16? 10? 19? 20? 25?

Let me know your thoughts below!

Vialle doesn't need to finish in the top 10 in combined points for a two digit career number since he won a 250 SX title.

Let them run triple digits.  Come on AMA.  Why the hell not?

He’s the one I’m most curious about. My guess is he’ll just keep 16.

Will someone actually run number 13?

He could ask Craig if he'd let him have 28, but Craig would need to pick another number.

Obviously, Craig doesn't have to say yes. Craig could also capitalize on it and say if it means that much to you, give me X amount of money and I'll switch numbers and let you have 28.

If Craig doesn't want to change numbers, Vialle can always switch to 28 whenever Craig retires.

I think it would be a big dick move to run the 13. Mental game.

This 13 isn't unlucky for me... It's unlucky for you.

I think Colt was the last to run it.

No that was 2022 after winning the title in 2021.

He did break his hand in 2020 when Sexton landed on him in SLC.

Edit: Start at the 23 second mark.

Updated Points Outlook before the final round of the series. Can't quite remember if they ended up counting SMX points into this last year or kept it just to SX and MX combined points to determine your number for next year.

Again, drop in some rumors on where people are heading with their new career number opportunities and I can create another list to show how that would shake up the rest of the racers #'s for 2025.

They initially said they were going to have SMX count but then decided not to and did not count the points towards national numbers

What single numbers are free?  5, 6, 8, 9?  The only new rider eligible would be Deegan but I assume he’s sticking to 38.

Aren’t there new tighter rules around holding onto a number after retirement?

5 and 8 are available.

Vialle can pick a 2 digit career number.

RJ can change numbers if he wants.

With AC retiring the 9 could be available. If JMart retires the 6 could also be made available.

Bogle and Musquin haven't scored points so the 19 and 25 should be back in rotation.

I wonder if Vialle will try to buy Christian Craigs #28? If that is possible, it looks like Vialle will earn #10. Would that mean that Craig could take number 10 as a national number?

I nerd out on this stuff and check the tracker often.

Hymas is so close to being able to get a career number but it looks like his quest will come up short.

It'd be cool for Vialle to keep 16, in my opinion. It looks good on him.

It's nice to see Masterpool work his way back up the points standings to earn another number in the 20s, especially considering how bad his supercross effort was this year.

Kevin Moranz and Josh Hill, 2 points each for the season. Woof. Quite the fall from last year for Hill. Moranz isn't a world beater or anything he was a little splashy the last couple years. This year he just seemed non-aggressive when he really needed to be in the lcqs.

I think it would be cool if Deegan chose 8 and used a silhouette of a 3 inside the 8 to maintain the whole 38 thing with a legendary single digit Yamaha number.
