Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
if mx/sx wasnt on peacock i would not be a subscriber.
Me also. Have never watched anything but mx/sx.
17 Supercross races, 11 Motocross races, and 3 SMX races works out to 31 races @ $2.58 each plus tax per race.
And you're complaining... 🥺
I paid $19.99 in November. Last year was $11.99. Probably $24.99 this time around.
Keep an eye out, it only lasts for a few days.
Inflation is definitely out of control

While I do hate paying more for anything, $8 a month to be able to watch motocross from the comfort of my home, on my phone while at the track, or really anytime I like(reruns) is not a bad deal.
My only gripe would be, since you are charging us more money, LISTEN TO OUR COMPLAINTS and fix them.
Right? Ten years ago you needed an $80/month cable package with the sports add-on to watch FS1 and didn't get all of the races live.
Yep, sure am. I find no value in Peacock other than those races and we have arrived at 25% (or more) inflation over the past 4 years. Tired of laying back and just accepting it. If someone doesn't call it out it will soon be 50%...
Yesterday a guy stated he doesn't like heavy, dangerous, ill-handling and poorly-stopping dinosaurs that are largely outperformed by a Toyota Camry, in comparison to a classic muscle car. Another poster stated they are gay and dorky.
A few days ago the former POTUS missed getting his head blown off by a frogs hair, all the while being protected by the goof troop.
Today we've got complaints about paying $2.58 per race to view the SX, Motocross, and SMX series.
I dont think its inflation, I think its greed. They have the Olympics coming up and Peacock (as well as NBC's previous streaming apps) was designed for that event. NBC is just looking to cash in! However, it does work for moto, and as fans I think we get more live motos now for the money then we did in the past.
As said above, wait till before Christmas, they will have a sale
Take a stand, cancel your account, create a streaming platform and work out a deal with DC. Then offer it at an insanely cheap price point. Then lower the price each year. Be the change you want to see instead of crying about it on here.
Makes a ton of sense doesn't dave? Maybe 4.0 will understand
You can't reason with them, you're talking to people who thought it used to be "free" to watch because it was included with their $150/month cable TV package 🤣
Might as well, everything else goes up monthly and yearly.
😃
I think we'd all rather spend $20/month on a dedicated Motocross app/channel package. All motocross related content from around the world. And guess what, any ads would motocross related only.
Still half the price of the international video pass.
Most of these streaming services have been operating at huge losses to grow their subscriber base, and now they are starting to work toward profitability. Eventually we'll be paying the same or more than we did for cable with the same commercial content but without the convenience.
Peacock has absolute shit for content.
That said, I won't be renewing when my $19.99 year is up. I've had it with the horrendously bad broadcasts of SX/MX. I've pretty much given up even caring about "Super"cross....and what it's turned into.
I've just been watching the highlight reels on YT of the MX season.
Pit Row
All of these services came in low and are raising prices. We can (and I do) still pay because of moto's value to us more than the price, but it doesn't mean that we can't complain. I also don't (though I tried) to watch Peacock's other programming. I really would like an MXGP-TV style sub service and not have to be blinded by Peacock programming and ads.
Personally I've been tracking the price increases of various services, and cancelling where I don't get sufficient value. Strava was one I cancelled (I don't even use the ad supported free version) because I don't like when they raised the annual sub from 79.99 to 59.99 in one year. Yes, it's only a few cups of $7 coffee - but I don't buy $7 coffee. I'll go without rather than get hosed with non-value-added inflation.
The sport wouldn’t grow that way as fast. Look at the WWE for example. They had their own network and now don’t. They realized the money is in broad streaming bundles and they took it and now their entertainers are making more money than ever. Things trickle down. Similar to how because of Peacock, we have SMX and better purses per race now.
I pay for the MXGP app every year and it’s a decent experience, but it’s still harder to justify 150 for that versus Peacock that my wife and kids sometimes use as well.
Yeah, I think all of these streaming services are money losers except for Netflix. (They had first-mover advantage.) There is probably still more consolidation and price increases to come across the industry.
if ur a movie watcher & tv show viewer peacock is dope 👌🏾 but I think they raising the price of the subs cause they starting to do wht Netflix is doing with the original movies & the quality of tv shows ( peacock exclusive ) so for those tht only got it for the moto then u prolly just gotta deal with it
Peacock has had a few things I watch, but not much. If not for the SMX package, I would probably subscribe and pause my subscription as needed based on whether they have something I want to watch. But having SMX from January through October means I can't pause it. And that's fine, because for $60 or $80 per year I think it's still worth it just for SMX. Everything else is a bonus.
This year Peacock will have 2 exclusive NFL broadcasts (plus I believe it shows all the Sunday Night Football games, which is nice for people who don't have cable TV). And I'm sure they will only be adding NFL broadcasts each year.
(I'm a weirdo - I find the business and economics of streaming services to be interesting.)
In light of our economy this isn't surprising. I'll gladly pay it for the amazing coverage we now have. I'm more and more getting to the point where I won't attend in person anymore. It's not just our sport though it is live events of almost any kind. I was at a concert the other night locally at a place called Pine Knob. It's an awesome local amphitheater with a storied past and a beautiful setting to see a show. When we left I was thinking to myself it was fun but not that much fun. I can't fool myself anymore. I'm just tired of the crowds, the getting in and out and especially the vending prices. With few exceptions these events have become much more fun to attend in my living room. I'm getting old lol.
as a horror genre movie junkie , their horror catalog is pathetic other than my fav chucky series but everything else is soild to me but I’m tryna figure out for the ppl thts moto only , are yal still on the old plan of the 70 to 80 a yr sub 🤔 cause I thought they gone away with tht & u just had to sub with peacock directly
My monthly sub goes from $5.99 to $7.99 next month.
Can I count on you to make a deposit to my GoFundMe account 😉
😂😂 I might as well put u on my list of account sharing , got like 8 ppl on my account for these damn tv shows
I think I paid $19.99 on a black Friday deal. Plus I pay another $6/month for no ads.
I vaguely remember tht Black Friday deal , my girl told me about it to unsub & sub back on a new account for tht deal but im like we prolly goona be paying a lil more after the deal is up than wht im paying now but yea as i told my girl , they keep raising these sub prices up cause i kno why they doing it , every movie thts playing in theaters , when they go on demand , i better see these movies get released on these apps IMMEDIATELY
You pay for Peacock?
