Someone called the pulp show the other week saying he was really close with the family and trying to get the funds together to pay off Evan's debt to this guy so they could get the bike back for the family. Sounds like it might be a bit of a shady situation.

I mean, the guy is honest in his post that he's got the bike as collateral for debt (dept). Regardless of what that debt may have been, it is what it is. No different than a pawnshop or a bookie.

Doesn't sound shady to me. The guy that called wanted to raise funds to purchase the bike from the seller that has it listed on CL so it could go back to Evan's family.

Pretty interesting bike, though.

I think the asking price of 6k is more than fair. And at this point I'd say the bike is more of a museum/collector piece that shouldn't be raced.

I didn't care for Evans' whole one punch shtick back in his day, but I respected his hustle. If I was looking for an RM, I'd pay 6k for this all day. Looks mint with the best of the best. And that seat is all time.

Prolly get an 8 ball thrown in when you pick the bike up.. Sounds win win to me.

Tyler was a good dude and a cool neighbor in HB. Treated my three Groms with kindness whenever he saw them around the hood and would ask about their racing. He didn’t have to do that. RIP TE47.
