I would love nothing more than for Tom to pass Deegan.

Yeah Shimoda is disappointing, definitely expected more out of him unless he has some injury that isn’t public

I've never torn an ACL but is there anyone here that has? I don't really understand how you can just not get it fixed and eventually it's a non issue. Like why does it stop hurting and not really matter after so much time and are you at more of a risk at really destroying your knee if you keep racing with a torn one?

I tore my MCL, ACL and meniscus last year.  MCL got repaired but the rest will remain torn.  It doesn’t hurt day to day.  Rode my mountain bike this morning and it’s sore but so is the other leg.

Ty will always be a head scratcher. Clearly has speed and talent but makes you wonder why this wasn’t more prevalent in his career.

Obviously this is just an outside-looking-in observation but training and dedication to the sport never seemed to be his strong points regarding racing dirt bikes. Clearly very talented but it takes waaaaay more than just natural talent at this point to prosper.

Ummmm what? They own a track here in DFW. Every time I've ever ridden there he's always out riding the track. Also has a gym and a few SX tracks on property. How did you come to this assumption?

Both were over 3 seconds faster than third, you're probably right.

Glad Deegan’s ok, that was heavy but he was right back to his feet

That was a wild crash from Deegan, props to him for seemingly not being bothered by it. Dude straight up turned into a helicopter.

I wonder if the track crew is going to level the spot where Deegan crashed?
