Looks like he wasn't lucky tonight...

Just a little rub in for all the guys that said I was crazy. Sorry guys...CR is fast in practice but RV is fast in the race..Last I checked the race was more important. RV turns it up more in the mains then I've ever seen. RV's best time all day was 48.3...3 rd lap in the main he's running 46.9

For the record I do think CR road great for all the time off but I was just realistic on where he'd be at his 1st race back. You guys all seemed to think if he could go fast one lap in practice he was going to spank RV.. Nope..Even if he got the start he would of been beaten by RV and KW..Also RD if he didn't go down.

Big difference between a mid pack start and starting at or near the front.... Reed didn't do to bad to finish 4th in his first race back.

That was a good ride, if he could have started in the top 5 who knows what he would have done.

And there's a good chance that with Ellie about in Labour he wasn't completely focused... He's probably just about in the jet to get home already...

You're so smart, your mom must be proud.

The way he rode tonight he didn't need luck to be on the podium, just less bad luck.

That was a great ride by Reed. RV owned the track and how about KW? Dungey let it slip, Tedesco had his number and Reed was closing. Great for team Kawi!

He did have a great ride but he should of practiced his starts at least. With a better start it would have been fun to see what could have happened.

I believe you also said he would have nothing for the Ryans.

Guess you were only half right.

With a top five start I dought you would of even got that.

he might have gotten third, his lap times sucked compared to the guy's that got 1st and 2nd. He is a third place guy, fourth if james comes back

He was running 48's late in the race when everyone else was running 50+ That was interesting.

Reed is still going to be a contender for the wins. How could you think he isn't? You must just really dislike him. I hope he helps RV out though if he has to....

I for sure think he will be a contender for wins. I'm also a pretty big fan of CRs. I've always liked him except when he rode for Larry Brooks. That's only because I hate when guys sign sx only deals. Other then that how can you not respect the hell out of the guy. He's done it all and looked good while doing it. I was just being realistic in my prediction based on how he looked on the Kawi early and how fast race pace is just coming back from a long lay off.

It also gets tiring hearing week in and week out that the two Ryans suck and only look good because CR and JS are out when I know differently. Then CR comes out and puts down the fastest ONE lap time at a track he's won at more then once and all the CR fans say "see CR is wayyyy better then RV and RD". Even when RD took it to JS at round one straight up you guys still want to give them an asterix next to whoever won the title.

Anyways,,,, RV for president!!!

Ryan Villopoto was on it tonight. Reed was on it too while moving through the pack. I expect Reed to get better starts while continuing to get faster. He will start winning.

Good ride by Reed - He was riding really smooth and did well getting round Millsaps who was definately making it as hard as possible. Think I saw a little shake of the head as Reed finally passed him. Hats off to Villopoto though - no one had anything for him.
