Just wanted to see who's as pumped as I am for the start of the GP season and see what all the round one predictions are. Thank god (or whoever own it) for freecaster.tv for their live coverage of the whole gp seasons.
My prediction for round 1
MX1
DeSalle
Cairoli
Albertson
MX2
Roczen
Musquin
Osborne
I will admit both my 3rd place predictions are really who I really really want to hit the podium. If we can get two Americans on the podium consistently it will make this season that much more fun for me.
Either way I can't wait to get this season going. To me the GP series has the best tracks and by far the best live coverage out there. Not to mention IMO a field that's on par(not better or worse) with the ama Nationals. For all those that haven't watched the GP's live on Freecaster.tv here's the link

And if you're not a junky like me and don't want to get up between 2-4 am to watch the GPs live Freecater usually has them archived to watch by Monday evening

Thank God for Sky+ because i'm actuall away riding in Wales from Thursday until Monday.
Dwayne(MXerDW) will hook us up with the links in a couple of days.
I think Ken de Dycker will come out swinging, he seems to have a new drive.
He was running with Desalle. Dungey at the MXDN at the start of race one, he just beat Nagl in Germnay.
The guy is unreal.
He has as much chance as Musquin it will be close I think as Marvin will probably get faster too.
My predictions;
MX1
Carioli
Philippaerts
Ramon
MX2
Roczen
Musquin
Osborne
I'm so burnt out on sx right now. I can't wait to start talking outdoor mx and gps.
Once March comes its onto the real thing- motocross.
I would prefer to be at a British motocross round for the day than an AMA Supercross much better value for money - 6 25 minute races, and actual passing.
Now the GPs are about to start then the AMA nationals in May... its getting good in 2010.
I'm only keeping an eye on the SX because of Pourcel. I can't wait for the first rounds of each series.
Philippaerts
DeDyckert
Nagl
MX2
Musquin
Osborne
Frossard
Im guessing Cairoli will take it easy the first few rounds and start winning around round 3.

You will need a good start. That's why I put Nagl on 1 and Ramon outside the top 5 but that's just guessing
Strijbos will be there. He recovers well from a small concussion.
Big Ken DeDyker is like that too. If Dedyker rode like he did at the end of the year last year all year long DeDyker would be the clear favorite. Ken was riding pissed because he lost his teka ride and his MXdN spot to Desalle and he was out there with something to prove and Ken killed it. Ken was out there to show teka and team Belgium they fucked up.
I agree with regards to victories if he shows up to win he can beat anyone in the world. But he rarely rides like that.
it is highly likely Barragan, Pourcel or Desalle could win too, the talent pool is so deep it really is hard to pick!
it's getting closer.. but still down about Paulin getting hurt, was looking forward to seeing him ride htis year, he seemed to have stepped it up to another level.
