Pulp mention AC announcing something big on his podcast this week.

Such a shame if true nice classy kid.

Maybe get him in the booth and move someone else on…

Ummm…pretty sure he is already contracted to a team.

Contracts are only paper!

AC will finish the year as far as I’m aware.

I think he is over it. He has tried everything possible to be able to ride and train properly but nothing has worked. That has to be mentally exhausting and i don't think going to a new team would change that.

Man that’s a tough one, will be sad to see him go. Although it hasn’t been easy for him the last few years. Similar to Deano. Will be happy to see them move on and live happy life’s, those dudes are awesome. Damn it’s a rough sport.

Deano and AC are two of my favorite racers from the last 10 years... heartbreaking to see two of the "good guys" not achieve what they set out to achieve. When I think of their careers, I try to find the nugget of wisdom there, the "lesson" if you will, but I'm always left scratching my head. I'm amazed by the way these two present themselves despite all of the setbacks they have faced. Here's hoping they both find success (and fulfillment) in whatever is next.

Those guys made good money for a lot of years, pulled a lot of chicks. It does suck for them, but it's not a sad story.

Sad but it’s time to get out before he’s permanently injured and can’t function

he would be good as a color commentator for Supercross and outdoors. Perfect replacement for the screeching Wil

Very cryptics message from Adam in his video with Wilson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-RfmimIc-Y

When wilson asks him if hes gonna race outdoors, he says: You guys are going to find out real soon. Reaaaal soon.”

When he asks how ac is feeling, ac says:

“You get it, you see it in my eyes man. I look like Kobe Bryant on the bench his last year every time I get home. I go play pickleball for an hour and I come home and I’ve got ice on both shoulders, both knees, feet up, I’m like out for two hours.”

I don’t know of any breaking news, but he’s done at the end of the year.

Yeah, he seemed comfortable telling Dean without telling him that the end is near.  His body is beat, and he has finally allowed himself to believe it and move on.

That's not easy and is a mature move.

He'd be a great ambassador for a brand as he is sharp and charismatic, he may not race after this year, but I think he'll be around.

Going to Miss that dude for sure if he will not be around after this year. As a 80 racer I was a big fan of Webb and not AC.

Now it's the complete opposite. As the person said before Wilson and AC92 were 2 good guys that will be missed.

There we go then, it's official. Racing is better with him but I understand the decision. Seems like he's in a pretty good place mentally so hopefully the transition into retirement isn't too difficult for him

Honestly, we should start a kickstarter to get him to replace Ricky in the booth.

Ricky and JT should do track side, Weege and AC in the booth.

I wonder if he will do outdoors.  Grip strength issues is much scarier at speed on a rough track…meaning motocross.  SX he never gets out of 3rd gear.  I’m dealing with a elbow ligament issue and it affects my grip strength and it has been scary trying to ride on a rough track at speed.  I took the winter off hoping it would get better but it’s questionable.  I can’t imagine having a grip strength issue at the speed these guys go ….on the rough tracks that get beat up on pro race days.

If…IF..he decides not to do outdoors then Factory Kawi should go after Masterpool.  He was often the highest finish green bike last year and they would be smart to grab him for outdoors.

Well he said in his video he is done after sx so I doubt he will change his mind.

Deano and AC did get a championship, hundreds have not. Both good careers, even if they weren't up to what either/or thought they'd be.
