Honestly, that flag blended into the bleachers and wasn’t being waved in a spot that was visible. They showed replays and the flag color along with the backdrop of concrete in the stands behind it was tough to see. Rutted turn and jump face…someone could’ve stood in that straight beforehand and it would’ve been clearly safer for the downed rider which should be priority, and riders would have followed the directions and rolled. I think it’s on the AMA. If you have 1 or 2 people miss it that’s one thing but 1/3rd of the field didn’t see it.
