He was guarding the inside from Freise coming into the turn and Jett cut down hard. It was his fault but surely not intentional.  

Exactly what I thought too. I feel like you should never turn down that early in the first couple laps of the race, especially when you know you have the speed to catch the leaders. But still unfortunate, although good for the series. Barcia came in super hot, hope Jett is okay.

Barcia was probably still going to hit him even if he took the outside.

Vince was right behind Barcia when this happened. Barcia was riding defensive not expecting Jett to cut down. Dirty asf but not intentional.

It was a mistake on Barcia....  he clearly did not mean to do that....but the pitchforks will be out for him this week on Vital....stamp it.

was barcias controller battery’s running low and the controller just completely dissconnected heading into that corner? Even Jett cutting down was he planning on sending it back to the semi off that berm? Wtf? 

I usually have a hard time stopping my bike when the rear wheel is off the ground.  This wasn’t intentional by Barcia, but everyone’s calling for his head. 

It was Barcia protecting the inside because Vince was behind him... it all comes down to Vince... every time.

2016 A1 - Stewart cut-down hard early in the race, like Jett did. Hell if Barcia wasn't there, Friese was right on him and woulda likely hit Jett. Jett cut-down too hard too early in the race with that traffic.

I don't think he intended to T bone him that hard, but I'm not sure what the hell he expected to happen going that fast pointed in that direction with a corner full of bikes ahead of him.

Jett just needs to be happy his leg isn't broken and he can race in 2 weeks and start to wrap this chip up

Literally no matter what happens ppl will say it was just an accident. Even when vince punted christain down a hallway ppl were making excuses for friese saying it was just an accident. Idk what it would take for ppl to hold a rider accountable for their actions on here, a death?
