Seems like everyone I know gets more excited and enjoys Supercross more when it's a Triple crown, not sure if this has been discussed, but why don't they have Triple Crowns all the time instead of the 2 heat race, LCQ and Main format.
Poll
Biased poll.
3 a season is plenty
Triple crowns. No
Regular format. No
2 moto format like mx. Yes
In my opinion, they’re good to spice things up a bit as the season carries on but I think they’re too hectic to have each weekend and they often don’t build up to have the last race of the night mean much for the overall.

I’d like to see a 2 moto format like MX. Even just a once off to see how it goes
2 points paying motos?
the heats are boring af. At least in the 90s they would fight for a top 4 and the class is deep enough it would be fun to watch. Now they can just cruise around in 5th and be cool.
You ever have one of those days where you just keep smelling dog shit...?
It's kinda faint...but, it's always there.
Then it dawns on you: you look at the bottom of your shoe and there it is. You stepped in it...
That's this thread.
It would kill the sport. When there’s only 22 guys racing each week, it wouldn’t be very desirable as a privateer.
It's not that I don't like change, it's just that I feel both triple crowns, Starks and WSX really suck, lol...
On the other hand, I find that Lawrence guy very refreshing.
40 rider gates. The tracks are just mini outdoor tracks now days anyways. Every single round this year they are dragging pegs in the ruts. Ridiculous
The Triple Crowns are awesome but I would absolutely not want to have them every weekend. I think they are doing a pretty good job of sprinkling just a few in for each season to change things up and see a different form of racing and strategy. We still need to have the normal heat races and 20 min main as the majority of races.
My only suggestion for another change would to be having 2 main events like outdoors. Traditional heats and all but have 2 mains 10 min each but like the triple crowns I would only like to see a couple of them, maybe just 2 races in the schedule.
Lastly - I would LOVE to have more 250 East/West shootouts. I think we only have like 2 this year? I'd love to see at least 3 maybe 4 for the season.
Non team riders would probably quit. Only 22 guys get to live the dream.
Triple crowns are like getting drunk, skipping dinner, and going straight to fucking.
It's super fun from time to time but the romance of a dinner date is a more pleasurable norm.
The big question is why we cannot have the races called Moto1, Moto2, Moto3?
They should have at least 4, 2 for each coast in the regional class. Maybe even 5 with the finale being a triple crown
...or. The dog farted. I'm going with that.
Nut swinger....
9 out of 10 times, according to RC, the third main is "winner take all".
So I would say based on that, there is no need for 3 mains. Just have one.
Pit Row
They arent ideal because everyone hedges their bets and don't take as larger risks
Just about every poll question thread ever created.
What were those starts called where you had to run to your bike and start it, then take off.
Let's do that......yeah.....
Sweeeet.
