The pass on Shock was greasy FOR SURE, but i've seen worse.

Everything else was him being the entitled bitch that he is.

Deegans bike was parallel with shocks when they made contact. You see way more aggressive passes constantly and crickets. Deegan lives rent free

Well he might want to start saving up because with finishes like that it’s not going to be free for long.

Heartbreaker...

250 East is no joke.

So he was already riding with a cracked collarbone? Seems like a small tip over could've broken it easier than what Deegan did. And that pass wasn't even that bad. Deegan clearly had the position on him. And why did he keep going straight over the berm? There was 2 weeks of room to slow down.. Y'all are getting really soft about passes in here. Their bikes were almost at the exact same angle, unlike half the head-on collisions that deserve a 6 pager..

One of you is talking about Euclidean geometry and the other about spherical geometry. We live in a Euclidean world

Only if spacetime is flat , which is what appears to be the case but not definitely proven . If spacetime has positive curvature then last2stroke is correct . If spacetime is flat then aplman is correct . If spacetime is negatively curved they are both wrong . Spacetime does appear to be flat to the best that we can currently measure .

I knew you'd be here saying how everyone is crying deegan is innocent and you love it. Not everyone on the site can be as tough as you.

They are not parallel.  The lines you are referring to are equidistant from one another at any given latitude point, but they would only be parallel if the distance between the longitudinal lines was exactly the same at every single latitude, which is obviously not the case.

The very definition of parallel is:

“Two or more lines that are always the same distance apart and never intersect, even if they are extended infinitely in both directions.”

I just sit back and laugh while you melt down. I will say I do get mad when your responses get clipped before I can read them.

Melt down?

I'd say the melt down is the 6 pages of whining on here about a fricken pass that wasn't even that bad...

I'm not sure if I should be flattered or a little disturbed that you are so obsessed with me, I'd say it definitely speaks to the quality of life you are living.  Might wanna get outside and actually ride a dirt bike once in awhile bud.

At the end of the day, we have to remember Young Men do stupid shit. I cannot even imagine if that would have happened to me when I was 18.

I am not a fan of "Danger"    BTW

TBH, I'm a Coty Schock fan, and I'm bummed that he got hurt, but that pass WAS for position and those two ARE competitors for the championship. I don't blame Haiden for making an aggressive pass. It was maybe a little too aggressive, but I'll give the kid a pass on that. The rest of his night was all crap, though.

My memory may be going but I think I remember from my 10th grade geometry class that tangent lines touch the earth an infinite amount of times.  Therefore, if there are an infinite amount of straight tangent lines there is no way the earth can be a sphere because those lines are straight and not curved.  Furthermore, I think that means the earth is 2 dimensional. Which means it must be flat...Yeah, that sounds right-ish...I'm gonna do some more research and see if my memory is correct. Oooo, that would be another tangent!

Serious question... Did the break occur when Deegan bumped him, or when Cody went off the track trying to save it?

The contact didn't look that bad to me, but Cody was covered in mud after the main.
