Still beat almost the whole field by over half a minute. He did damn good on one of the most treacherous tracks I've ever seen, Jett was just a different animal tonight.
Looks like they wanted a minefield instead of a rhythm section. Terrible job by the track crew for never making that rhythm section jumpable enough and the whoops were ass all day. Track maintenance was shit.
Jett didn’t seem to have a problem 🤷🏼♂️
Running futures at Daytona was a mistake IMO. The track already gets bad enough and doesn’t hold up let alone with extra practices & races on it. Mother Nature didn’t do it any favors today either
As a huge Tomac fan....you aren't wrong. Sometimes you just have to say the kid earned it, and he sure did tonight. Hell of a ride.
Yeah I liked that they had a section that not everyone could do the same or consistently . Good track .
So he can ride mud?
As a Jett AND Tomac fan, I'm pretty happy tonight. Tomac is getting faster and Jett is getting experience. I just don't see Chase as having that blistering speed as on the Honda. I really thought Kenny had a real shot at blowing the doors off everyone after watching his heat race.
All in all, a good night for me!
