Shoutout to Pro Circuit

Always been a huge PC guy, I’ve ran the same R304 silencer since 2016 and the thing had been tough as nails. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I was riding a trail loop and was clicking gears down a straight away on the 125 when the thing made the craziest noise and I shut the bike off immediately thinking I just scattered my connecting rod through my cases. Turns out the bracket for the mounting bolt had broken and I was just running an open header for a second. I reached out to PC asking if I was able to buy just the bracket and I could have a buddy weld it on for me.

A guy named Ryan took my email up and said they didn’t sell the bracket individually, but asked for my bike to see what he could do for a replacement for me. I was expecting a few dollars off retail, but he replied with a price that was half of the top retailers and less than I remember being able to get one for at cost working at a dealership pre Covid. I took him up on it, but got lost in the shuffle of dealing with moving into a new place and a bunch of problems came with it. I emailed Ryan after a couple days apologizing and called not longer to give him my card info, super reasonable shipping cost too. I had told him prior that my original silencer was years old but I thought it was pretty cool they still hooked me up regardless. Moving into this new house has been a nightmare the last few weeks every which way dealing with all kinds of companies, was super refreshing to feel like a valued customer.

How dare you post something positive 😂. Awesome stuff, super cool to see PC still is kind of that small shop “vibe” with the phone calls and discount. Congrats bud

I’m part of an Old Guys on XR650Rs race team…

We’ve got a coupl’a Unobtanium ProCircuit race Pipes for our race bikes…

PC reconditions them for spit…something like $100-$150…pulling them all apart, repacking them and replacing unobtainable parts…flanges, welds, joints…etc.

They are a company of racers that live and love…

PC is the shit. FMF wouldn’t have even responded

I won a FMF pipe one time with a $5 raffle.  They mailed it to me for my bike.  It was so bad.  I never knew a pipe could change the motorcycle so much.  I put my dented PC pipe back on and it rode normal again.  Pro Circuit is definitely better on Kawi.

Went to A1 this year for the first time and stopped by PC. All the employees were super friendly, hooked me up with some stuff and gave us a shop tour. Wound up shooting the breeze with Schnike for like 45mins, it was awesome and the hospitality continued the next day in the pits at the rig.

I would love to see a full documentary on Pro Circuit, or specifically on Mitch Payton.  I’ve always been fascinated by his team (coolest riders, coolest graphics, fastest bikes) it’s incredible how long his team has remained together, let alone successful!

Years ago my head pipe grenaded….i was in the area and stopped by.

Explained what happened, the dude behind the counter was polite but didn’t believe me. Went to the truck and grabbed it, brought it in, and the dudes eyes turned into saucers.

Guy goes in the back, comes out 5 minutes later and hands me a brand new head pipe and goes “Mitch said sorry”

I have no problems with FMF, Bill's Pipes, or others, but decided to go with PC simply because Mitch seems like a really good dude.

I have a similar story. Bought a PC pipe and silencer for my tc250. I didn't tighten the silencer bolts all the way and lost them and the bushings on the first ride.  I called pro circuit and tried to buy replacements. The guy on the phone got my address and sent replacements for free, delivered in 2 days. PC customer for life for their awesome customer service!

It's impressive and pretty inspirational that Mitch and Pro Circuit have built what they have without ever compromising their values or customer service.

Lots of places in motorsport that get to that level of success and prestige let it go to their head and it's all about the money.

Granted a lot of motocross companies seem good in this way, we largely all share similar values, but it's always so cool to see compared to motorsport at large.

I've always been a big PC fan. Used them on every bike I've owned. Only brand that was similar in power was White Bros.

Everytime I’ve called for random questions, they are super helpful.

I had them (Alex) rebuild an A-Kit for me. I bought the kit used and in really good shape, but the lugs were a bit banged up from the previous SX team use.  Andy sold me a brand new pc/billet set for a song… try to find those for a Yamaha!  I was super happy and it made my kit look like new!  (Yes they have new hardware now, lol)
