For decades the Dallas SX dirt was the worst on the schedule. Hard as a rock and super slick. From Texas Stadium in Irving to the Cotton Bowl in South Dallas where I raced, to back to Texas Stadium and then the first couple of years in AT&T. About 10 years ago they finally sourced the dirt from a better location and its been great since then.

A few years back, they made a point to mention that the dirt for Arlington filtered or strained or something, and it was the first time they had used that process.

im convinced they used the dirt from Shady Grove at the old stadium, and grabbed Mosiers dirt for the new one.

I predict that Alpinestars will have an LE gear . that is white blue and gold.    Jett and Deegan are my picks for the winners.  Jett,Eli ,Webb  podium and Deegan, Forkner, Ferry for the 250 class.  Mr Pulp would love getting to interview Evan . I really am unsure who I would put 3rd. I would love to see ferry do it on the Triumph.

I too hope Triumph can look good in their second outing. Love the new blood in the game (riders & bikes).

The old dirt at Texas Stadium was stored in the back parking lot. It was just a big old mound that stayed open 50 weeks out of the year. My dad did some dirt work before dirt wurx took over and the trash just stayed mixed into it. Lol

More like Lake Whitney. The old dirt back in the day was closer to Murphy's.
