Russia`s biggest celebrity Tucker Carlson has interview with emperor Putin. Nice...
Baltic states are next warzone. NATO, UN ect. are toothless and will not do anything. Putin might achieve his goal of expanding Russia to previous borders they once occupied.
I don`t have any illusions anymore. We will get traded. Especially if Trump becomes president. He will let Russia just roll in.
And don`t worry guy`s, you are safe in your lifetime. It`s your children who will have to deal with consequences of todays desisions.
There's no telling what will happen. Stay safe Bud.

Let me get this straight... people are upset a journalist decided to travel to Russia and interview Putin after this BS money laundering war we are in? We have spent more on the Ukraine war in 1 year than Russia has in their entire military budget. Must be a communist because CNN and mainstream media are freaking out for an unedited interview. Perhaps we should listen and get his view point. Good ole Zelensky refused.... so now we have Americans giving bookoo bucks over to Ukraine. The president of Ukraine refuses an interview with a US journalist, has a new mansion while at war and this doesn't smell funny to anyone?
That's the thing these right-wingers don't realize or fail to consider.
They are too bent on calling this war Biden's fault (along with what is happening in Israel, which is another topic)
But if Ukraine falls, and Putin goes into Poland next, guess what? As a NATO member, the US WILL be sending American troops into a hot war.
So they are good with spilling American blood later to help the GOP effort now.
Are you so sure about that? So you are afraid of Russia who is getting arms from N. Korea, and whose ENTIRE military budget is LESS than the amount of money WE sent Ukraine in ONE year..... the most corrupt country in the East? I find it funny that many fail to realize that the original treaty signed by Russia and Ukraine was 1. No nuke production from Ukraine 2. Ukraine will not enter NATO. Guess who pushed for Ukraine to get into NATO? Biden... I think it is scary that you still believe right vs left. That shows how narrow minded you view this. Perspective and knowledge go a long way
I used to think the Bush era Right was bad, but the Trump era Right's cozy relationship with Russia and regressive authoritarian Theocracies is even worse.
Look out, an American is going to interview a world leader who we are at WAR with and they are immediately calling him a leader of MAGA and a Putin supporter. Lmao what a joke for people to mop that up.
How so, can you tell me what was so bad about Trumps time with Russia? Were we at war? Did we send people to die for our country to fight Russia? Did we expand Russian territories against our allies? Did we allow them into our country like China? I can't wait to hear it
Do you ever think about strategy or just what's in front of your face?
Your bad mouthing NATO is victory enough for Russia.
Guys like Tate pushing Islam as a solution for desperate young men.
Russia is a shithole and only a damn idiot would want to emulate it.
It's obvious what is going on with Tucker Carlson and Russia. You'd have to be incredibly naive or a rapid partisan to believe he in Russia pursing the truth.
Enlighten me
There are ZERO legitimate reasons for Russia to invade Ukraine. So regardless of the integrity of the journalism of Tucker, and unless Putin is going to share that he's made the decision to pull their troops out and end the war, this is a propaganda stunt to get Tucker's viewers to believe they are doing it for just reasons.
Who is trying to emulate russia?
Who is Tate? And what does him pushing islam have do with Russia/Ukraine?
Nothing wrong with bad mouthing NATO...criticizing government is one of the main tenants of free speech...nothing at all wrong with someone disagreeing with how Nato is handling this ukraine war.
Russia was emboldened under Biden...and kept largely in check with Trump. How did Trump handle Russia poorly?
Why is being critical of the BILLIONS of dollars going to Ukraine somehow mean one supports Russia?
Why is a conservative American journalist interviewing Putin somehow a bad thing? When liberal journalists have interviewed him in the past?
I honestly don't understand the lefts position on this kind of stuff...
First, I didn't bad mouth Nato(yet) and if you want to know the truth. Nato is a damn joke if we are spending more than 10 other countries combined into it. Why are we footing most of the bill? So if you are asking me if i think in front of my face the answer is no. I see how much the USA is spending in NATO, I see the treaty we dismantled via Russia/Ukraine. I see us not protecting our own citizens instead of other countries. I see billions of billions of dollars going to one of the most corrupt governments in the world. You gave me some stupid lip service without saying a damn thing to provide a single waft of thought, and yet you say "do you ever think about strategy or just whats in front of my face"
Actually they do have reasons... I am not saying I like them, I certainly am not a fan of Putin or his antics by any means. With that said the United States made a treaty with Russia that Ukraine would never join Nato, and that Nato would not move any further east. Guess what? Biden is seeking Ukraine join Nato. I generally would like that, minus the fact that the US placed Zelensky in power and are now laundering money through the government via War. So the USA tears up the deal with Russia and now have bases in Ukraine. You think Russia has ZERO reason? The USA lied to them.
In the end... we should be curious and happy a journalist has the balls to report the other side. We are spoon fed information via mainstream BS media with agendas. Everything this administration touches has gone to shit and is always expensive. I would like a damn answer as to wtf is going on. Personally I would like an interview with zero redactions to get a better understanding. I don't like that we are in 3 proxy wars since Trump left office. I don't like that our economy is on the brink of shitting itself and we spend hundreds of billions of dollars that doesn't help us here within the borders. If we cared about world peace all of this could have been avoided.
Pit Row
Am I missing some kind of context with this interview or something, why is this seen as a negative thing? People have been openly wondering what Putin's real motivations are since this began, and although it's unlikely we get anything too insightful from the interview it's at least a step towards maybe understanding what's actually going on over there and hearing another side. I was hoping Lex Fridman would be the one to interview Putin but if Tucker is all we can get then so be it, it's better than nothing so I'm not understanding why there is such an aggressive reaction to this. If the choice is no interview or a Tucker interview why advocate for nothing?
I can get a good look at a steak by sticking my head up a bulls ass, but I'd rather take the butchers word for it.
Read Putins reason in his essay, pdf is found here to avoid Russian websites.

You aren't going to get an answer on what is going on from the Kremlin. Its an absolutely ridiculous thing to say given their track record.
It is more understanding than we have and it is direct instead of through medias clipped quotes.
Now do Mainstream Media.
Anyone who posts here presumably has shit tons of disposable income, enough to buy dirt bikes anyway. Which is more than most people in the world. But there are single moms, war veterans, disabled people, and seniors in this country that are poor. Is it cool to ask that their tax dollars go to Ukraine, is it right this country's resources go to Ukraine and not our own poor. Not being a smart ass, it is an honest question. I say we take care of our own, Ukraine is not our problem. Russia governing Ukraine rather than Ukraine governing Ukraine is a lateral move. Russia as a country is unsustainable anyway.
If you are looking for a US president and their administration to blame for the war in Ukraine, you can start and end with Obama.
I will agree that reneging on the NATO agreement is not a good look, and Ukraine still has A LOT of growing up to do to not be as corrupt as they're still showing to be, but a Russian invasion and killing of innocent civilians is not the answer. Diplomacy is what makes us different than chimpanzees who will go kill an entire other clan just because.
And you truly think the interview with Tucker is going to be an honest and open dialogue with no prior edits to make sure every single word spoken is exactly what Putin and company want? Tucker isn't stupid and understands going rogue will mean an accidental suicide by a bullet to the back of the head or slipping from a skyscraper window.
For the record, I'm not a Republican or Democrat. I'm an independent and will call a spade a spade. I'm not a fan of how much money we've given when we have a true crisis happening at our border and citizens who could truly use the help. I am not a fan of either Trump or Biden. But we have one nation invading another for total control of the territory and its people because it used to be a part of the Soviet Union borders. This isn't the Dark Ages, but people like Kongols have a legitimate fear of what could be coming if Ukraine falls.
I will agree with most of what you said. The point of Tucker going is to give a little bit more perspective. Either way, the United States should not be involved. And I hope that kongols and his loved ones all remain safe
Anytime anything is attempted to help the people here it’s labeled as socialism and communism so it’s bad.
when has the country ever done anything to help the "single moms, war veterans, disabled people, and seniors" from being poor?
Well, the same people that call helping poor people here socialism and communism...are also the ones complaining about all the money going to Ukraine. So at least they are consistent...but I think the rub is that if the government is going to spend the money (and it will be spent) then they'd prefer it spent here rather than there. And its hard to disagree with that.
Me? I'd rather they just not spent at all...its just debt and throwing money at a problem like poverty isn't the solution to poverty.
