We have the first event with futures for A2. I’m not an amateur motocross guru by any means but I definitely recognize a few names on the entry list. Team Green has a lot more riders participating this year. Who would you consider the favorite out of this group?

Am I thinking of the wrong kid or is Kalena Humphrey the kid that was doing huge sends? If it's the same kid, I figured he was more trying to have a Axel Hodges, Raha type career. Didn't realize he was pursuing sx

Cole Davies was awesome at Anaheim last year, out the back of a pick up truck, with a couple of mates helping. (when your mates are Ben Townley, and his Championships mechanic Craig Behl it helps a bit)

it will be interesting to see how having longer in the USA to prepare, and a full factory effort behind him will help,

Parker Ross won the SX3 championship here in Aus last year, for riders aged 14-18, looked pretty handy.

Was also expecting to see Brad West on that list.

same kid, and right now he's both, a racer that also does big sends. He has had some success at Lorrettas

I had posted in another thread about how I saw him as more of an Axel/Bereman type, and someone else said they saw him more as a Ryan Sipes type, which I see.

I think the upcoming futures races will decide where his career goes, if he kills it in futures he will be a racer, if he doesn't look promising, he will be a video guy or race any event anywhere guy.

Oh nice. Yeah I had no clue he raced. I feel like the videos I saw him in he wasn't even running numbers. I was thinking the same thing as you he was a free rider like Axel. Which was a cool niche for him because there weren't any kids on minis doing that. Should be interesting to see how he does

I thought McNabb was doing futures this year? Is he just missing the first round?

He also raced a desert race last year. Soloed the SCORE San Felipe 250 becoming the youngest solo finisher if I remember correctly. Kid does a little bit of everything.

Brad should be at the next round, just finalising some odds and ends.

I bought up Cole with all the same technique as I did with Jett and Hunter,

He raced supermini last year at Lazy E and beat Landon Gibson in the main. He has skills. I think his parents live out of the country, so he definitely appears to have an interesting and exciting life.

What a fantastic race between Towers and Davies. Good hard, clean racing all the way to the checkers.

16 year old kiwi on a second tier Austrian bike styling all over the hottest US prospect on the best bike with the best program at 19yo. Maybe Daniel Blair was right to focus on the KTM job, they're killing it now. Tyler O'who?

Towers was furious after that loss. Seems like he’s under a ton of pressure, either from himself or the team.

Towers was sending it with everything he had, it just wasn’t enough. I think Cole could be a 250 champ shortly. Looked like the track was coming at him so much slower than his competitors.
