I wish they'd get a bit more personality out of the riders. Stop asking the normal questions. 

Get the riders interacting with each other like MotoGP does.

I don't know, those Thursday pressers at MotoGP usually have everyone staring at their feet on those barstools. But I do think the MotoGP paddock in general is more likely to interact with each other, largely because they travel to many foreign lands and this offers more downtime all in the same place.

Could it be a rider who doesn't tuck the front?

They need to ask questions like , "Have you ever had a Spam sandwich ?"   "TP roll orientation , over or under ?"  "Do you like movies about gladiators ?"  .  Things like that .
