He should be able to ride. He was able to ride with a broken shoulder blade and a triple lutz hip flexor.

Because he is a competitor, he wants to be out there.

Having said that, its just a rumor.

My friends have been updating me all day on the rainy conditions. I used to live in HB, was there really a tornado in Seal Beach today?!!

wouldn"t a Rekluse auto-clutch save some energy by not having to reach for the lever ?
I use the rekluse z-start pro, which allows it to be used like a regular clutch, and ride the bike just like it wasa normal clutch. Now the efort it taes to pull the clutch in is nothing!

Either way, Reed is done, he's so far behind in points it's not funny, why risk more injury to race. Come back healthy and see if he can run with JS, RV a,d RD...

KW beat him to the punch!

Bye the way, highly doubt that he will be racing unless the broken hand rumor was bullshit. A lot of soft tissue damage which produces swelling and affects range of motion(if fx is near a joint, not to mention stability and strentgh to hold that bike. Highly unlikely!
not directed only at you slowmofo, but something i've noticed....

one thing that keeps bothering me is everyone claiming windham's mud riding supremacy...

sorry but reed would have won daytona by over a minute if not for a failed engine and A1 in 05 reed dnf, stewart wad multiple times, and RC wad multiple times.

i'm not discrediting windham in any way, but those two wins were basically lucked into.

sorry for going off on a rant or whatever, but i swear to God every time it's going to rain everyone pulls the windham card.

that said i'm a huge windham fan

On the news they were calling it "circular winds" and strong enough to blow over an SUV. Not sure if it was an official tornado, though.

I agree.

It seems that whatever the conditions the usual fastest guys are still at the front of the pack. Sure, odd things happen, but they happen in normal conditions too.

I love mud races. Hope it happens. I know it's not as flashy or fast as dry, but man they always keep me on the edge of my seat!

I still think about Chad blowing his motor after leading for so long, which race was that? Was it A2 a couple of years ago?

High drama for sure, always great to watch.

Yep, Daytona. Thanks. That was ridiculous!

I'm sure some didn't like the race because of just how jacked up the track was, but I was absolutely glued to the race! I couldn't believe how those guys powered through it, and I was screaming when Chad's motor blew!

To me, that was a pretty cool race. I mean, can you guys imagine??? I love riding in the mud, but come on!

I hear you but considering that Reed is out and JS crashes when is dry, KW has a good chance. Still he will have to deal with RV and RD but they will have the pressure to win. I think he could pull it off! He might not be the best in the mud but he sure is comfortable in it!

One guy that is not the fastest but is real good in mud is Antonio Balbi!

I like KW and all but he couldn't win a title in the big boy class if he was the only one in it

Not to play down an SX championship, but we all started out racing MX, not SX. I would think the goal of every single racer in the industry would be to win the MX title over SX.
