RIP Jeff Alessi

Wow, I am gutted for Tony and the Alessi family. No parent should ever have to go through burying their own child. RIP Jeff. 

Huge bummer. I know a lot of people here are going to immediately think of some of the bad choices he had made in his past, but anyone who has run into him within the last few years knows he was a nice person. I bumped into him multiple times at Glen Helen while he was there coaching kids on minis and he was always awesome to the kids, the parents, and to me. RIP

Just saw this too… Rest Easy Jeff. I’ll never forget hanging with him and Mike down at competition park eating lunchables and playing with our dirt bike toys making tracks in the dirt. Praying for the entire Alessi family.

I will never shit talk anyone who has daemons, as one that has many of their own, I'm just glad there is another day. Sorry for him they won, Rip Jeff.

Heart hurts for Tony and his family

Wow. Just kinda’ speechless right now. My heart goes out to his loved ones. 

Jheez that's sad news. I remember meeting Jeff along with Tony & Mike in Cardiff, around 2005. RIP Jeff.

Same, this blows.. Have been just thinking of the old race days & practice nights when we would all just be kids building mini road champs tracks at the race trailer at mini night at Perris on Tuesdays or at gfi series asking them what it's like racing a 65 80 & 125 all in the same day. It feels like yesterday, those were the days. Devastated for Tony & the whole family.

Condolences to the Alessi family, devastating news for all who knew Jeff and the Alessi family. RIP moto brother and buddy…

My first thought when I received the text was of riding with Jeff, and Mike at the old KZ supercross track in Canyon Country that is now a hillside of homes. They were doing a photo shoot for Honda when they first joined Team Honda on the CR85’s and Tony had to deal with the boys ripping through giant mud puddles getting each other cover in mud on an area below the main track.

As my buddy Pasha would say, “Love life by the hour man.. pin it” ❤️

Thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of 801. I have no idea what the back story is on this but as a Dad I can't even imagine going through something like this. So gutted for Tony and I don't even know him. Just a fellow Dad.
