I've always wondered why Reedy has such a hard time looking interviewers in the eyes when he's talking to them. It's weird the way he stares into space when he talks to them I used to think it was just Erin Bates because he was afraid he'd get caught staring at her chest but I've noticed more lately that that's just how he talks to everyone.

This may be relevant (or not) but I know Chad has some Australian aboriginal ancestry, although I'm not sure how much. In Australian aboriginal social interaction and personal communication direct eye contact is seen as very confrontational or assertive and is normally avoided.

As for the "not looking someone in the eye" thing. I tend to look away at the ground. My whole life people are assuming I am not paying attention and it is disrespectful. In reality I find myself focusing on the discussion much more, instead of just looking at someone.
