Watch the most recent Weege Show from Loretta's, he talks to Paul Perebinjos about it. He said Deegan seems the most obvious 250 choice (duh). Sexton wants to go, and apparently Honda is OK with helping him (and KTM is presumably cool with it), and he mentioned that Webb would really like to go too, which would be interesting.
Any combo that has Hampshire as the MX2 pick is an enormous mistake. MX1 and MX3 feels like a crapshoot between injuries and team switching.
Anderson can't do it, Kawasaki is a no go.
Most likely teams are:
Sexton, Deegan, Barica/Plessinger
Plessinger, Deegan, Barcia
Or Hampshire taking a 450 spot, 250 if something comes up with Deegan.
No Anderson.

He's a gamble but a hard grafter. He's definitely gonna have the throwaway moto but he's capable of splitting that with a great result
That’s all awesome news. Very cool of Honda to still help chase out.
Why not?
Sexton, Deegan and Barcia can win it.
Deegan is a no brainer for Nations.
Well, unless you're this guy...
This dude is a joke . Most other sports have gone woke. Hopefully Mx can stay normal
AP
Deegan
Hampshire
I would've thought Barcia, Plessinger and Deegan. Off Course if Honda USA or HRC Europe is OK with supporting Sexton and Yamaha wants to re-enter Webb in the team with a BANG on the MXON. The most obvious team is: Sexton, Webb and Deegan. You could even start to negotiate if Webb on a 250cc Star Yamaha and Sexton and Barcia isn't another good option. Because the MXDN is a high pressure race... On the other side Deegan reminds me a bit of Travis P. and he did great at his first (and only?) outing for the USA at Saint-Jean d'Angely.
Can you give a definition of the word "Woke" please?
I hear it a lot, but no one can articulate exactly what it is or what it means?
I googled "Woke Sports" and I didn't get much back...
As much of a fan as I am of Webb, he hasn't had the speed outdoors. Maybe it's the KTM bike. He was a beast on the 250 Star ride. Maybe when he gets back on the blue, he'll find that speed again.
I'd love to see Barcia out there to represent...he'd give it his all, noone can doubt that. AP's speed is questionable.
Sucks we won't have Tomac out there this year.
Me thinks you're being disingenuous. ...and you know that discussion will get people clicked...no doubt your motive.
You know I'm a Webb fan but, he has in NO way earned a spot on the team. If DeCoster has any say in the picks, I'd be very surprised if Coop gets the call!
Sure I heard the word for years and didn’t know the meaning. Now that I finally know I will happily let you in….
woke: blocking most of reality from your brain, and living in fairytail land. AKA…insane
He's actually said a number of times that the American with the most 250 points should be the pick which has been Deegan for a while ... But don't let facts get in the way of a meme
Pit Row
Hannah didn't earn it in '87 either.

Deegan
Barcia/Sexton
Webb won’t be on the team.
I’m guessing Sexton, Pless or Barcia, whoever does better this weekend, and Deegan
Sexton - Deegan - Barcia
Plessinger -alternate
Webb won SX titles on the KTM. It's not the bike. He doesn't have it outdoors
Did I miss something? Nothing against you directly but I think this is the third post I’ve read today about a current 450 rider stepping down to a 250. I can’t remember the first rider but it was tied to the Triumph team and I know I saw someone in the silly season thread suggest Ferrandis sign with HEP for 250.
Did something taint the water supply somewhere?
I find it interesting that Deegan has not really mentioned wanting to go to the MXoN,
does he want to go? Star has been big supporters of MXoN efforts in years past so I don't believe it will be a team issue like it is with Kawi,
Yes, send the guy that may have recently cheated as a factory sponsored amateur to represent the U.S.A. at an international event.
That says a lot.
I'm not a fan of Deegan but he has earned the 250 spot. I would like to see Hampshire on a 450, I think he will smooth out because he won't be over riding the bike and crashing. Sexton on 450 is a must, glad that Honda says they will support him. That line up we have a chance.
Is Anderson even an option ? Will kawasaki send even support him going?
I’m out on Hampshire. His starts are consistently out of the top 10.
Sexton, Deegan, and I can't decide between Plessinger or Barcia or Webb. Convince me
Nah, I doubt Deegan wants to go. No patriotism from him at all…
