If you've seen Tate's videos (which he deleted but there are copies floating around), what he says in them is textbook sex trafficking. Now, maybe he's playing a character for the camera, to seem more rich or badass than he is. If that's the case, that he is lying about what he has done, he should be fine. But if he isn't lying, those videos are going to lock him away in a Romanian prison.
He also has explained how he steals money from the women he coerced into has cam business. He says sign this document for taxes and he only gives them 20 percent of what they make when it's supposed to be 50-50. And then, iirc, Tate has explained how to not get busted when not reporting the money for taxes. Something about doing it in crypto.
He's not convicted yet but there's a reason they upped the charges from sex trafficking to human trafficking. And the ironic part of this is he chose to live in Romania because he said the justice system is so corrupt he can pay off whoever.
