2024 Gear Drops

August 7th for Thor. 

FXR might debut some of their new stuff this weekend at Millville since they are doing an event before the race and Fly should debut next weekend at Washougal. I'm actually liking what I see right now!

The 24 FLY gear is looking pretty good.  

New Fox helmet this fall. I think Fly might be dropping a new helmet as well, though that is just a guess.

Roczen and AC have posted photos of the new V3.

Just saw shift is back? Or did they ever go away? I feel like they did.

Everyone who was sponsored by them either left or went to fox. It’s been super confusing because I feel like they’ve gone away and come back multiple times without any kind of announcement. 

I thought fox had trimmed them out last year or the year before? Where did you see a new release? 

Pretty sure Alpinestars is gonna debut some of their 24 line at Millville this weekend. They posted a comment on Instagram a couple of weeks ago about it.

Fox riders will be in new stuff this weekend.

Huge Euro brand Kenny Racing is now available in the USA, but the 2024 range wont be available until Early September. A different level of quality to what we all expect from modern gear, this stuff lasts.

Perfect!  I’ve been looking at them for a bit now for myself and son.  He’ll be due right around that time for all new gear/sizes.

Oneal’s 2024 stuff just went up.

Last year I bought a bunch of left over gear.  Then as I’ve posted before……….Anheuser-Bush decided to put a guy with is Dick cut off on a beer can.  So I switched from Michelob Ultra to Coors and porked out gained a bunch weight.  Have this pile of Fly Racing pants and Jersey’s that I can’t get buttoned!!!  So to compensate I quite drinking beer and started eating more.  Neither has worked out.  I’m hungry, think I’ll head to KFC.

Bought XL jerseys which still fit, all Fly Racing F16 stuff as I recall for dirt cheap.  F16 is good enough for an old guy that doesn’t race anymore.   First round of pants I bought were 34 cause I was working out and riding, thought they would fit.   We’re too tight  and sent them back for 36.  Didn’t take long for me to grow out of  36’s.  I went from 220 to I’d guess 235 in a couple of months or so, doubt I made it to 240.  I quit drinking beer a week or two back and may have dropped a few pounds.  Hot as fuck here in Texas, too hot for me to ride.  Besides I tried pull my index finger off my left hand planting a big ass tree for my wife and can’t ride.  Tree died too!

I honestly don’t know if I have gear I can get my fat ass in.  I’m afraid to try any on, might set me into depression and cause me to go on an eating and drinking binge !!!  LOL!

I saw that WPS had the entire 2024 Fly catalog posted a week or 2 ago. Now its not there. But I really liked there stuff this year VS last.The 24 stuff looks clean.  I've seen the Thor  and Leatt , Leatt has an insane amount of stuff coming out! Lots of MTB stuff. The Thor stuff looks nice and clean, Leatt has some wild and mild stuff.

Last year I had the 23 Thor gear in my shop the day after they released it. They had a lot of stuff in stock and ready to ship that day.  I would expect Thor stuff to be available right away after they announce it.  Leatt has taken longer to get after they announce. Later in August maybe september 

That embargo has me on the edge of my seat.

Always the most bland gear that looks the same every year with a different font for the fly logo

Ive seen the new Fly and Alpinestars lines and I like the changes compared to the 23 stuff.  Not sure when the official release is.  

FLY needs a rebrand.

We have been using this Euro brand for 2 years, its a different level of quality.

They've needed a re-brand since they launched. lol

Ditch all of the logos and fonts, hell maybe even change the name. Hire a competent designer to start from scratch and bring the quality of the designs in line with the quality of the gear.

I don't understand the changing font thing with Fly. The 2024 line looks like it has the Fly name in 7 different font types on their riding gear. Saying that, I would say it is their best looking stuff to date.
