10, 000 dollar part? What failed on Hunters scooter. HRC has experienced 2 or 3 equipment failures in the last 2 seasons. That is highly unusual for factory Honda wouldn't you say?
Anyone quiz Lars on this subject
Fetzer Valve probably gave up the ghost. I know the ‘18-‘21’s had issues with the dickfor.
I heard what happened but I can't say or my source will get in trouble.
#LEAVELARSALONE
Probably should have been running marvel mystery oil or a Jofama triple air filter. Oh well...

I was there. I saw it happen. The Johnson Rod let go. It was the deep sand that got it to finally blow and let off "steam."
I wonder if the factories still tone it down a notch for Southwick? The place does claim a lot of motors when the National comes to town. Someone ends up pushing it off the track every year it seems.
Banana in the tailpipe is what I heard
Electrical fault.
That's what happens when Honda tries to cheat by running a hidden nitrous system in the airbox. Hunter hit the scramble button one too many times.
Worn out flux capacitor. His bike had no flux left to give.
X2 on the dickfor problems
If it happens again on a Honda 250 next year there might be a pattern there...
Where is Will when she could do some real reporting?
Perhaps the fartknocker
Everybody knows you cant run Rotella at the 'wick
Back in the day in auto racing:
Journalist - what put you out?
Crew chief: electrical problem
Journalist: but there's a hole in the block as big as my head
crew chief: Yes, as I said electrical problem, the rod came through the block and knocked off the distributor cap!
I like Lars but I feel like with the Lawrence’s on his team his ego is growing…
Have you spent any time around him ? Or are you going by what you see on TV ?
Lars is a pretty humble guy, he’s worked with a LOT of big names and has never come off as an ego driven kind’ve guy.
To be honest, I know several of these guys in the industry and Lars is hands down the most normal/ down to earth guy in his position.
Pit Row
My money is on this being a faulty Fetzer valve. Nothing a good set of pliers and 30-weight ball bearings can’t fix.
We used to just say, "Oil pan failure".
Y not just b onest?
Post a reply to: Muffler bearing... Kniption valve... 2 dollar part or
