good race. really wanted deegan to hold on to that one. 

Give him time, people just had stupid expectations saying he would win year 1. Next year podium guy, year after contender.

No excuses...though I called for top 5s...was not expecting this kind of struggle. He looks like a far-off shadow of himself

2:19 is crazy. Hopefully the track is salvageable for Moto 2 so Shimoda and Lawrence pick it up. That start ruined it for both.

I was really hoping Deegan would hold for that, but good to see RJ get a win in.

Were there any flaggers? Being in the lead you really had to avoid the carnage and the lappers. Good race though.

450 is going to be fun. Hopefully some good battles for second place.

Pretty wild that Lawrence and Shimoda started coming through the pack together, but Hunter finished 22 seconds off the lead while Jo was 1:24 back. Really thought he was a title contender, and definitely didn't expect Hunter's stiffest competition to be Deegan

All it takes is footpeg deep ruths around the track and he can race clean..
