It is unbelievable that every vitardian is not all over this, shouting his name and rallying the troops. Ricky has been loyal to his moto roots throughout his rise to golf superstardom.  He even broke out an mx bike for a Puma commercial he did a few years ago. “Ricky Fowler knows motocross”, and proceeded to hole a putt using his front wheel, while doing a pretty legit stoppie.

Besides all that, Fowler has birdied 18 out of 36 holes (so far) at the US Open, an unheard of feat. The record number of birdies by any single player in a US Open is 22…and that’s after 72 holes!

I was out there yesterday at the johnnie-O US Open viewing party and “Swingin’ Soirée” and everyone was pulling for Ricky…it was great to see him back in the mix. Newly turned pro, Sam Bennett, stopped by the johnnie-O company swag fest after his round to shoot the shit with some of us hackers. He’s currently tied for 8th on the leaderboard.
My gf is an exec at the company, so I was lucky enough to break out the old buddy pegs and loc-Tite and tag along.

All three of the O’Donnell brothers are super cool and successful AF, with Bill (left) owning Blue Ash Farm, John (center) building an apparel juggernaut from nothing, and little brother Chris (right) is a movie and TV star (Batman, CSI). John is also a damn good player and just qualified for the upcoming Senior US Open.

Best career decision ever to choose golf over Moto 👍….. both will lead to drinking…. At least you won’t break your femur golfing….

I am literally amazed that people can bitch or downvote about this.

I feel a part of the american culture is really changing unfortunately.
