Show someone from the 60s a 23 F150, YZ450, or iPhone 14 Pro and they'd shit themselves. None of the good stuff comes from Russia.

The moral of the subway station, is that politicians in the United States have spent more on gender studies and stuffing their bank accounts, upposed to important things like infrastructure and border security. The common man suffers. Maybe if we didnt send TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to Ukraine and Israel, we could have nicer things here - like police in schools, and cleaner streets. But no more mean tweets, right?

Did I miss that we had the police in schools and clean streets when the mean tweets were going?

First, something marked classified does not mean it's still classified. Second, he was the president and has the sole authority to decide what to do with those document's status. To declassify a document does not magically make the ink go away. And as far as your tape goes. We all know Trump blusters on things. How do you know he wasn't blustering in the tape to his friends? They have not even recovered the document so they don't even know what the document was. All you have is assumptions to support your narrative. And what's your narrative? To keep Trump from running for president. We all know it. So you have no more valid questions. All you have are worthless distractions.

To your second point, he wasn’t the president at this point, and allegedly there’s audio that reveals he was knowingly in possession of classified documents. See below, literally from the second page of the indictment:

To any Vitards showing up for the protest in Miami, please post pics here.

Should be a real shit-show with all the hyperbole going on.

Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) has cryptically, and repeatedly, called on Trump supporters to prepare for war.

“Buckle up. 1/50K know your bridges,” Higgins tweeted last week, referring to military scale maps.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) also tweeted, “We have now reached a war phase. Eye for an eye.”

That's what complete and utter blinded partisanship gets you. A severely messed up country. That is civil war talk. Completely out to lunch.

Oh, the irony…

For many, Trump has morphed from political leader to partner in a failing marriage. To break away now is to admit defeat, and that’s simply not an option. Much like the 2020 election, Trump has never, and will never, accept the title as “loser”, even as almost every respected leader has suffered and accepted a loss, if not a series of losses.

History is filled with examples of well-meaning people who incrementally dig deeper holes. This is not a domain exclusive to right or left. Black America overwhelmingly votes democrat, but to what end?  Trump was right on the money when he told that demographic “what do you have to lose?”  We need that guy back, not the guy hording classified documents and slinging childish barbs.

And Phil:  labeling people the C word is neither productive nor positive. Maybe pretend like your parents/wife/children are reading Vital. If you wouldn’t want those closest to you absorbing these posts, then perhaps there’s a better way to express your perspective.

So there is tapes of Biden speaking about bribery, and the fbi has buried them. Reps need to demand to hear them.

I miss the days when it was just the liberals crusading and feigning offense while those on the right rose above. Men worked instead of wasting time protesting matters that do not affect them or boycotting otherwise unoffensive products. Unfortunately many that share the same side of the aisle as me now seem to be doing a lot of the bitching, whining, protesting and boycotting. Whenever I see "the latest thing" being protested by the ninja looking guys on one side and the pseudo-soldier dorks on the other I can't help but think one well placed munition could make the world a better place. /rant

https://www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-opinion/james-comer-house-republica…

"House Republicans are somehow still committed to following Giuliani down the exact same rabbit hole he has been plummeting to the bottom"

"when you consider the provenance of the information that Comer is after. Giuliani threw a series of unverified claims at the DOJ in February 2020, after his fruitless hunt for dirt on Biden in Ukraine had snowballed into his client, former President Donald Trump, being impeached. When confirming that the department had accepted information from Giuliani’s sleuthing, then-Attorney General William Barr said, “We can’t take anything we received from Ukraine at face value.”

The material in question was dubious enough that Barr “directed that they be reviewed by a U.S. attorney in Pittsburgh, in part because Barr was concerned that Giuliani’s document tranche could taint the ongoing Hunter Biden investigation overseen by the Delaware U.S. attorney,” CNN reported on Wednesday. “Former Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney Scott Brady oversaw the FBI investigation of the Giuliani claims. The 1023 document being demanded by Comer is among the products of that investigation,” CNN reported."

"But whether the claims are accurate doesn’t matter to the GOP in this case. That’s not me putting words in their mouths. Comer admitted that the House investigations into Biden are justified by the president’s poll numbers, a Kinsley gaffe that he has scrambled to clean up. Likewise, Grassley said in a Fox News appearance on Thursday that they “are not interested in whether the allegations against Vice President Biden are accurate or not,” claiming this clash is more about FBI oversight than the actual document. I’m skeptical, considering the supposed leads on the Bidens’ misdeeds they’ve been chasing so far have amounted to nothing, leaving them with a need to produce something to convince the GOP base that they’re still on the case."

Oh brother....an MSNBC op-ed regarding James Comer investigation of the Bidens with a spectacular inference of how the FBI's investigated leads of the Biden(s), "so far have amounted to nothing."  Durham Report....FBI.... chasing leads, yeah right.

I guess the NY Post tabloid is a credible source then with the whole 'Burisma tapes' headline which is completely predicated on the 1023 form that Comer and Grassley are smearing Biden with? The 1023 form whose source is, wait for it, Rudy Guiliani?

Yeah, OK, whatever.

"You can't make this shit up"

tRump's Justice Dept had that 1023 form, and if there was any 'there' there, why didn't they nail Hunter Biden (and by extension, Joe Biden) back in 2020 before the election?

Because tRump's attorney general said it was not credible.

If it was too far out there for Bill Barr to make stick, then that tells you this whole Comer investigation is all smoke and no fire as it is entirely based on that 1023 form.

Sorry for straying from the subject at hand.

Arrested

.

One thing that boggles my mind about this entire Trump thing, is just how little credibility the federal government, DOJ, and the media have…to the point that they can say that Trump has committed all these crimes, he’s been impeached twice, etc etc and a huge percentage of the population can (justifiably) dismiss it as nothing more than bias, partisanship, and corruption and still support him…it’s shameful and embarrassing…

Wasn’t the first impeachment for pointing out that Biden is a crook? You know, in Ukraine.

Nothing surprises me anymore. If Trump or Biden murdered one another after burning a copy of the constitution, their supporters would somehow try to justify it as the other side being biased, fake, or partisan.

It’s a small subset of the Federal agencies that are generating bad press. The vast majority of people working in those organizations, including senior leadership, carry out their duties honorably and with integrity. Same as almost any organization.

Just like always, a few bad apples spoil the entire barrel.

Imagine if the media wasn't intentionally and openly biased?  Imagine of the politicians in DC weren't petty partisans? Imagine if the FBI didn't have all the ugly scars they've given themselves in the past?  When they said something was amiss, illegal, or wrong...Americans might actually believe them.  But they've all destroyed any credibility they may have once had over their selfish and deviant motives...now we all pay the price...

They've cried wolf too many times...So we get to argue about whether a former POTUS, and current candidate, is a criminal, rather than just take the word of the DOJ, FBI, etc. etc.

Where Phil's from, the "c" word is similar to us calling someone an idiot.
