Overrated: U2

Underrated: ZZ Top (yes, they’re famous, but mostly for the MTV videos and their beards…their live shows are outstanding and they are fare more talented than they get credit for. Plus Billy Gibbons is just damn cool).

Carrie Underwood. I think she’s ugly and is a shitty singer. I’ve learned to never put Sunday Night Football on before kickoff. Seeing that caked on monkey face draped in sparkles, with that Aretha Franklin wanna be baritone noise coming out of her makes me wanna bash my fucking head through a wall. I guess that’s why it works for the football guys though?

My wife surprised me with 2nd row seats a few weeks back at the live show In Amarillo Tx and it was a great time! ZZTop from the MTV era is ok (it put em on the map with the pop crowd!) BUT I much prefer their Rio Grand Mud, Tres Hombres, Deguello stuff! 
And Billy is killin’ it with some of his new solo stuff with his group the BFG’s! He is the epitome of “cool rock Dude”! 
 

OVER-rated : ALL idiotic social media!!! It might have its place, but like everything else, we find a way to misuse/abuse it and it has only served to make humanity social retarded nowadays!

UNDER-rated : ACTUAL human contact! Far too many rely solely on social media to do their reaching out to family & friends now! I miss the days of taking a road trip then calling up your buddies or the family to meet for dinner after running by “moto-photo” to grab your prints, then passing around ACTUAL photos while sharing your travel stories, antics etc! The human contact is completely lost now looking at someone’s post about their travel experiences… my $.02 anyway! 😎 👍❗️

Definitely agree on the underrated!  I find myself craving alone time more and more the older I get.  

While I miss having Rick post on here as often, I am also really jealous of his ability to just go into hermit mode.
