Collateral moves at a pace that makes it seem a lot shorter than its 2 hour run time. It's not one of my go-tos if I'm just looking for something to watch, but it's definitely a good movie.

It all depends on what you are going for. If you have to have a gourmet burger here in Cali, you are going to pay big bucks. For quick , cheap and edible it's tough to beat In-n-out. I wouldn't eat at McDonalds if a burger came with a blow job.

in-n-out has mastered consistency. It’s the same every time.
5 guys makes a better burger but sometimes it’s hit or miss and some places the service sucks. The Cajun fries at 5 guys best fries anywhere.
Ah that has to be a frustrating bitch. I was a working job site foreman on the hhg rig. In 96 wotc changed everything. I ended up being a 1 man crew & got injured a lot. Trucking is super flustrating also. Slow lazy warehouse people. That don’t care if we sit forever trying to ld or unld. Not allowed to use there restroom, no food. 6.30 am til now the rejects hv us hostage. That screws up the next 2 -3 days. Then I hv to run 29 hrs straight to get back on schedule. To make less than I did in 1989 making 9.00. I looked into getting back into the laborers union. It’s not quite enough money. 4k hrs operating cranes,etc but the operator union is only for x military. So I,m stuck in this world. I just keep myself in a good mood& keep rolling.
I don’t know what the pay is like for you, but in our city they are constantly looking for school bus drivers. 25-30 dollars an hour. No experience required. Guaranteed 6hrs pay a day. Plus benefits and pension.

Better yet, material gets ordered and, for a specific task, laid out a certain way. You explain it exactly how you want it plumbed and, they decide to do it their way and, now you’re short material because they pulled a couple 45s or, whatever because, “ I WAS JUST THINKING”... This way was easier. No you dumb mother fucker. You needed to run it flat along that beam and, so the line has supports because there’s going to be a duct there that I just explained to you. Where’s the fucking supports. How do you support a line horizontally that was piped using a rolling offset??!! YOU DON’T!!! MR I WAS JUST THINKING. Now I’m short material for that other area because YOU WERE JUST FUCKING THINKING GOD DAMN IT!!

The F16 doesn’t suck and it’s not some POS; and, from Bloc 50 & up it is an absolute fucking Hot Rod…but, it’s a lot like an old Big Block…it’s awesome and fast...but, it requires too much damn maint hours/TLC for each hour in the air. This A/c has let me down and taken a few too many people that I really miss and are…were…true fucking heroes. Some of my angst truly belongs in the laps of people more-so than the bird itself. So, quite likely…I digress. Also, the upcoming Bloc 70/72 is FUCKING AWESOME.
The Hornet DOES NOT have it all “head & shoulders” above the 16; but, when the shit hits the fan…you’re a helluva lot better off in the Super Hornet. The Super Hornet with its two fans is a bit better equipped for “The Shit”. The Super can fight its way into an extremely hostile theater, then blow shit up, and fight its way out…too. This is where “Top Gun Maverick” actually nails with a bit of realism in the scope of mission capability.
I hate no aircraft; but, I do have some angst over the claimed mission capability estimates made by those that are pitching them to the Pentagon.

The other day I needed a 2 prong, polarized cord cap for a project I was working on. Home depot did not have it. Lowes did not have it. These stores average 100,000 sq/ft. I found it at an Ace hardware. Maybe 6000 sq/ft. Granted, they don't have lumber and garden but it's amazing what I can get there that HD and Lowes does not have. It happens all the time now. I could go on a real rant about how fucked up HD is where I live but my guess is I would be singing to the choir. They have gone down the tubes in the last 10 years.
