Is Webb in for outdoors?

I'm confused.  I thought Webb was supercross only?  But he's prepping in the outdoor video.  Maybe I misheard.

He already said he is in for outdoors months ago..

(I can’t stand Webb) But, I think being with bakers factory we will see a big improvement this year!

He was with Baker in 2021 when he won the SX title and he wasn't really a threat then. He only podiumed (3rd) the last 3 rounds.

I think he's mad he was counted out this year and we see a better result out of him.

SX only, but his contract says if he finishes top 3 in SX, KTM decides if he rides the nationals.

Webb has commented multiple times this year that he and KTM have reached an agreement for outdoors. He's 100% in.

Didn’t he also say it wasn’t his idea? Alluding to  that being the only way KTM would extend for 23.

He's in 100%, but is he really in 100%? (If you know what I mean)

Just repeating what I heard from a close source.

Also Carlos will be crew chief, so new mechanic for outdoors for Webb, which he is not happy about.

I think he’s in that same spot that MC was in…

He want to go prove what he can do outdoors

Webb has stated many times he is in for outdoors. You can't get any closer to the source than Webb himself.

Hopefully he's in for Outdoors, we need solid 5th to 10th place guys to add legitimacy to the series.

I believe he has unfinished business at the desNations and will earn a spot on the team this year.

At his best, do you guys think last summer would have been a three way battle?

As long as it doesn't interfere with any local hare scrambles .

I really don’t. Webb just isn’t the guy outdoors. He never has been. He has an overall win, but he has rarely even been on the podium.

Be cool if he could ride that 450 like he did the 250. He’s always looked a bit uncomfortable on a 450 where he can’t really hang it out like outdoors requires you to to win races.

Totally agree. Really no love for RD and Craig, they were literally the "second best" this summer and both KILLED it.

You guys have very short memories .  I go back and watch his 2 titles in the 250 class. He was a beast

He's got 1 outdoor title and that was 7 years ago.

The 450 class is not the 250 class.

His best 450 season outdoors was 2021 when he finished 4th.

Edit: He's got 1 overall 450 win.

You have a very poor memory. He’s a mediocre at best factory outdoor rider in the 450s.

So 2 guys were 'literally second best', yet they finished 5th and 6th overall.. thats some paper towel math right there

He wouldn't have gotten in the same zip code as Tomac and Sexton. Same for this summer but add Jett to those two

What? It's not like we haven't seen him outdoors since he was on a 250. He's been out there on a 450.

Yeah for sure. Like I said, rarely even on the podium. Don’t understand the down votes but whatever it’s vital lol.
