Shame Fernandez binned it ( and CV for that matter) those guys will be a real threat over 30+2

I've got Vlaanderen pegged for the win again. Tracks like this are good for him and will only get faster through the 30m +2's

Geerts is not making things easy for himself, but he is by far the best guy in this class.

Wouldn't be unreasonable to think he could still win this race

I think he will win this, well over 5 minutes of racing left and he is second now.

The timing and position banner is terrible this year. Best design is a column on the left showing 20 riders, top 10 permanent, the rest cycle through. I can't follow the racing with this slow horizontal banner.

Vlaanderen is the fastest rider on the track, the only one in the .52s. Too bad that he got a bad start, a top-3 start in moto 2 and he could get a moto win.

What a strange crash from Seewer, fortunately the sand is soft but that was violent.

Prado might actually be the real deal this season.

The last time he looked this good was before he was sidelined with corona 2 years ago, would be cool to finally see him backing up his 250 career, he could definitely be the next one.

He was this good or better in 2021 before he collided with Herlings

I still stand by this: Jorge Prado would have been the 2021 champ, had he not crashed with #84 in Germany.

Not without injuries to Herlings and Gajser he wouldn’t have. But he was on top form that year and put his starts to good use.

Is Mitch Evans hurt again? Don't see him in the results.

fully agree..... even after Gajser lost his 28pt lead after breaking his collarbone 7 days before Sardinia, and Jeffrey missed 3 races with his broken shoulder... Prado was still in fourth position in the championship having won a grand total of 1 overall and 2 motos in 10 rounds

Thought about this a bit when I've heard you say it before, I don't know if he would've but everyone seems to have forgotten how good he was that year. Up until that point he was the second best guy.

Before Germany:

Herlings - 371pts - 8 race wins, 4 overalls
Gajser - 370pts - 5 race wins, 3 overalls
Febvre - 367pts - 2 race wins, 1 overall
Prado - 359pts - 2 race wins, 1 overall

Perhaps third best, definitely not second best... and i don't think he ever actually passed Herlings or Gajser in a race all season long (when they weren't on the floor)

Feel for Evans. He just can't catch a break.

How's the track looking? Only got live timing today but I reckon the 2nd MX1 moto is going to be brutal. I'm still hoping Vlaanderen gets its done. After Prado the boys were pretty close in the battle for the final podiums.
