Any tips on the best way to actually talk to someone at SKDA about a custom graphics order? I've been trying to reach someone at the NY location about making a custom order but every time I call, only get a message that they are unavailable. I've also left two messages on that line in the last week and have not had a call back.
I also completed two contact forms on their website asking for a call and no luck with that either.
Sent them an email which apparently went to AU and someone replied with a number that is no longer working (718-682-4552).
Is there another number than 844-869-4312 that I can call to reach someone in the US?
Also went to their FB page but it's geared towards the AU location and makes no mention of a US contact number.
Their on line reviews are good but surprised that I've not been able to talk to anyone after several attempts this week. I've worked with 2 other graphics companies that were super easy to contact and work with but in this case, SKDA had done a custom job for someone on Vital that looked good and I'm looking to somewhat mimic the look of those graphics.
Hopefully DeCal Works hired their designers…which is why they are not answering.
Never had issues getting designs to review and graphics from them…but then again I was able to find something I liked from their 200 options online.
Sent you a DM
Nathaniel, did get your DM related to them being in AU and the time zone difference but they do have a NY phone number and address showing on their website. Based on that, I figured they had someone at that location that would be in our time zone.
I understand that frustration, but that email I sent you is my contact at SKDA. In my experience he's super responsive and will get you taken care of.

I conversed with them through Email. They contacted me after I placed an order, and we discussed particular changes to the design I wanted. I'll admit, I thought I was being scammed after trying to call them. I ended up getting my order and it was just what I wanted. So I would place an order wait for an email from them, and make changes when you reply. They'll send you a proof for your approval. Note: My order was shipped from overseas. At the time there was a military conflict in the area, but I still got my order. Can't remember the country it was sent from.
I ordered a full custom kit earlier this year, used the contact form on the website, attached the pics of the photoshop mockup I had done myself to use as a baseline reference and they contacted me within a day to answer some questions and get the order started. I dealt with Paeden, who's in the Aussie location. So in my experience, it was pretty straightforward. Hopefully they get you sorted out.

I just ordered graphics with SKDA no more than a month ago. Customer service was great and response time was hit/miss because time difference USA/Aus. They worked with me through the process, approx. 8 emails before final proof. Even sent me a 2nd set of swingarm decals on the house. Graphics are good quality and I was able to apply heat without them starting to harden like cheap vinyl decals.
I could see a lack of response time if you haven't placed an order. People are just busy, not that it's an excuse.
Edit* Shipping only took a week via DHL from Aus to my front door in CA.
Yeah I'll say it has been the same for me, but I could always tell they were responding at the same time during their business days. They've replaced pieces for me as well, and shipping was about the same to California.
Not saying other graphics companies aren't great as well, I can just say from a lot of orders and personal experience SKDA is my personal go-to from now on.
The owner/director Sam is a core moto guy and Paeden is their lead designer I believe.
Companies are only as good as their customer service. I would shop somewhere else if weeks go by without being able to get a hold of someone. That's super frustrating when you're just trying to spend money with said company.
Just got my number plate graphics only. Turned out sweet, they almost installed themselves, perfect cut. Thanks for offering plate graphics that match OE tank and shrouds, keeps me on my budget! From the time I placed my order till the day I got them…6 days! Thank you!!
Hi Mark - Awful to hear of the contact issues you've had, man.
Currently, we haven't anyone manning the phone's who are US based - All customer service is run from Australia. Therefore the timezone issue is why you are having issues getting through. I can also see here your email queries which came through a few hours ago - Our team will be getting through those on Monday (We don't have staff working weekends - weekends are for riding!!
No excuses, not good enough on our part. I will ensure you get a response today, and will sit down with our service team on Monday to get a plan put together to offer US based phone services.
Thanks Mark, expect a response shortly.

Wow nice they come on and reply! They are very responsive by email in my experience (noting they are in a different time zone) and a great product.
Footnote: Don't most people email instead of call about orders anymore? There are many legit websites that sell product and don't even have a phone number to call.
Select, start.
Hi TK40, yes it was the pics of your 350 FC Husky that prompted me to contact SKDA as I thought the custom design you came up looked great. Thought I'd add a few other accent colors here and there so that it's not a direct rip off ... again, great job on the way you put things together. I sent you an IM, to see if I could get some info from you that might help SKDA out.
Hi Sam, thank you very much for the reply! My situation went side ways when I was more focused on talking with someone and thought that might happen when I left messages with the voice mail for the US based number. I did get an email reply back from SKDA and I've replied with two pics of what I'm looking for. Thanks again.
Above, I also replied back to Vital Member TK40_FC who has posted some awesome pics of his 350 Husky which used SKDA graphics that he had designed.
Spend your money somewhere else if they don't want your business. People who make Custom Graphics are a dime a dozen now so don't waste time with the places that don't get back to you when you want to spend your money.
Pit Row
Skip the graphics & run the stockers. Sponsors want creative advertising like writing there name on chics tube tops , or bodies. Then hv them extensive posing by your bike with cash spread everywhere. releasing balloons with there logo. Graffiti there logo on a passenger plane. Busy over passes. Etc
There are a lot of them, and I have no idea the cost of materials, but prices seem crazy for what you get. $200-300 plus another $75 for shipping for not using custom graphics is pricing me out of the sticker update market.
Thanks man! PM sent
Hi Sam, I wanted to double back around on my original post here and let folks know that my experience with ordering custom graphics from SKDA went super smooth. Guess it's cause I'm kinda old that I've tended to feel more comfortable chatting with someone on the phone when it came to custom graphics. But, working with Andrew @ SKDA via email was a piece'o cake. Andrew was very responsive...I sent him what I wanted and once he did the initial mockup, I asked for a few changes and he got that turned around in about 30 minutes and it was all wrapped up quickly!
Also want to thank TK40 here on Vital. I saw his 350 husky with the graphics here on vital that he designed and I thought his bike looked fantastic! I messaged TK40 to let him know I was going to use his design with a few super minor changes and he was kind enough to give me his SKDA order number so that Andrew could pull the design up on his end. TK40 was also nice enough to let me know which two companies he got the grey and blue plastics from that matched the graphics.
As mentioned above, I'm kinda old
and wanted to give a shout out to my sponsor at Geritol. Sent Andrew the Geritol logo and he included it on my rear fender graphics.
I also plugged in a new Vortex ECU mapped by Twisted Development and that made a huge difference in the powerband.
Graphics looks great and thanks for the follow up post.
Stoked to hear it Mark. We truly do our best to service everyone the best we possibly can - Glad we ended up getting you where you needed!
Looks good! Glad you're happy with the result. The SKDA guys are good ppl.
Skda has been very prompt everytime I've used them. Graphics have been great, holding up great and a good price with custom work. One time I had a shroud graphic issue on my YZ250F. Nothing I would ever even think about calling on. They gave me a call to check on how I was liking everything. I told them everything was great shroud was a Lil off but everything thing looks pretty much perfect and exactly how I wanted it to look. They offered to send another one out. I declined. It was fine. They emailed me later that they wanted to send it anyways as a hey if it get scratched you have a correct replacment. Ended up telling them to wait a couple days before they send it. Ended up ordering a set for my KX125. They sent me a extra full set of the yzf graphics as a thank you for buying and being understanding. I won't talk shit about businesses. Im a business owner shots hard enough. But i will talk about those that do extra. Their the only graphic company I've had fix a mistake and do something like that. I've had a few refuse to fix real issues (like spelling my name wrong) or begrudgingly do so. Companies like that go on my graphics wether I'm using them or not. 3 bikes done so far all still holding up well.
you guys know it costs me $20 on the absolute high end, usually less, to print a full set of moto graphics?
Shrouds, numbers, fork guards, fenders and swingarms.
its weird to see how SKDA came in within a couple years and almost took the sport by storm. Paying teams to run their graphics an suchs
Blood, Sweat, & Passion my friend <3
You wanna be the best, ya gotta work harder then all of the rest.
Sweet, I'll venmo you $20 right now to design and print me a full set of graphics.
Post a reply to: SKDA graphics - any kind of secret handshake needed :)
