Just heard from a friend in Florida that Rich Cain passed away on Tuesday night. Heart attack.

I knew Rich real good back in the day. Him and Scottie were the two guys who introduced me to the moto boards over 20 years ago. Hadn't talked to him since the whole track thing got messy , but I always wished that he found happiness. RIP Rich.

Rich was cool to me. One year during Bikeweek I flew out there, stayed at his house and met some guys from Motodrive. 

Teggers, Marcad, Hammer (loaned me his YZ250) and someone from RacerX.

Rode a couple tracks, Dade City and another cool rough sand track that I can't remember as it was about 30 years ago.

May he RIP.....
