Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
If Mick was driving at least they would get coverage from the crashes.
Lewis, you should be embarrassed to have not been back in the UK, its the home of almost all the teams!!! Silverstone would be an unreal race to watch.
I wish I lived anywhere close to an F1 race, Goodwood and all manner of other races!
Monaco Classic is a dream.
You're a short flight from Australia.
Yeah, but a drive would be a lot more appealing like in UK/Europe!
A flight guarantees at least (nearly) $1k per person from here. My guess is the weekend would be roughly $2.5 - $3k per person.
Not a complaint by any stretch but that's a tough ask (and even tougher "sell") when you are constantly funding your own racing (cars and bikes)

It won't be cheap, but since you have to fly regardless, I'd look into going to Suzuka, Japan, or Singapore. Longer flight, but IMO it would be worth it.
If you're married, you could always sell it as part of a second honeymoon.
Ha, 24 years in, with a child, and she won't marry me the first time!
It's a good idea though...Singapore or Japan would be cool.
25 years is coming up.
Give it a whirl.
I have to agree with BobPA. Chipotle is about as "Mexican" as Panda Express is "Chinese".
I live in San Diego....I can flick a booger and hit a phenomenal Mexican joint which are always independent "hole in the wall" places.
Either that or part of the divorce settlement.
Sometimes I eat a burrito with the Mexicans at work. They call me Paulina Rubio.
Nobody is claiming it to be the most authentic Mexican cuisine. It’s from Denver Colorado.
It’s still the best thing since sliced bread, though!
Does Feld or the teams do anything to promote themselves and the sport outside of TV commercials, Instagram, and dealer signings?
F1 prevents it from being posted on other sites, but they had a big event in Vegas to announce F1 was coming to town this year.

Red Bull kills it with their marketing.
Think about all of the eye balls everyone of those sponsors get from all of that. That adds value and a ton of it. And HAAS parterned with Travis Matthews clothing brand today
There are so many elements that you are missing out on regarding sponsorships when you just look a the visibility angle (including that you are massively underselling f1 viewing figures). But the main one is how many people actually care/are interested that you are involved in F1 vs. being involved in SX/MX.
We run a GP team (2 riders in mx2, wildcards in mxgp). We are in contact with a lot of business owners and i think i am optimistic if 1 out of 100 owners like MXGP and would actually want to visit. I am not talking about sponsoring, i mean people who actually want to visit a race on our costs. If this would have been F1 i would estimate this to be over 90.
This applies to all angles of a sponsorship. An example is the potential to be gained with activating your sponsorship. F1 gives way more potential because a way larger part will be interested in Chipotle's F1 activation compared to activating a SX partnership. It's the reason why the Jumbo sumpermarkets in the Netherlands have all kinds of nice campaigns with Max Verstappen (buy for x and get a f1 toy car, etc. etc.) and has not had any campaigns with Jeffrey Herlings. They were personal sponsors of both, but there is a massive difference in what they do with the sponsorship.
Their presence is France is marginal. Four restaurants only, all in Paris or just around.
Apples and oranges. F1 had an event in Las Vegas because Las Vegas has a Grand Prix this year. the level of money involved is just a totally different level. F1 is a global brand with a very long history. It'd be insanity for Feld to try and match their investment in marketing because they'd go bankrupt.
Honestly I really don't understand what's going on here. Dirt bikes have an amazing amount of investment in marketing material. It was doing all this cool video stuff way before F1 decided to up their game You had the Moto Series of films which were incredibly shot... loads and loads of videos and vlogs of behind the scenes. Also RedBull do invest in dirtbike videos. RedBull Motorsports has a ton of bike stuff on there.
Instead of comparing yourself to F1, compare yourself to karting. Then you might realise just how good you've got it.
One year a had an F1 GP, World Sportcars, WSB , Moto GP, MXGP and MXoN all within 35 miles of my house.
If you go to one you will realise why we are wasting our time thinking that MX and SX will ever be mainstream.
I think we spent over £700k on a car launch day in 2003.
