You can shit talk someone and not be wrong. Imagine thinking someone who started below the top ten would go 40 secs behind or more vs someone who starts in 2-3rd. Just look at tomac almost being 30 seconds behind starting in 5th. Great ride from craig imo.

Most impressive thing about Coops ride is you wouldn’t necessarily peg it as track that he typically excels on.
I think he and Blair like other fellow short racers, lol. RC also has long leg envy for tall riders in the whoops.
There were huge gaps throughout the field.
Everyone was backing down. Last lap was the least representative lap of the race.
I would still be happy as a pro putting down a faster lap then the guy who won the race. Regardless of finish.
Lap times seem to show he was down twice. Bummer

No matter what still props to Chase for that interview. Takes it like a champ. Just admits he made a mistake and will work on it.
Webb’s win is a wake up shot across the bow of the field. What we just saw was the exact MO that got him his championships. Not the fastest, but the smartest and relentless.
And now his has some confidence back….I actually don’t really like Webb, but you gotta respect his ability and things are looking up for the season.
