I’ll admit it, I suck at puttin graphics on plastic. It’s always full of bubbles or crooked, or both. That being said I do like to change the look of my bike up so I normally do a few different plastic and graphics sets a year. Do any company’s out there, like Backyard, SKDA, or anyone else pre-install graphics onto plastic?
DeCal Works does and I’d be happy to get you more info. Shoot me an e-mail at Sean@decalmx.com or call me 815-784-4000 ext 254

I think the vast majority do for a small additional fee.
We are an Acerbis plastic dealer and offer graphic installation for all kits as well.

Call this guy, you will not be let down.
I hear Bart at Donnell's is a wizard with electrical tape.
Throttle syndicate did an awesome job on my graphics. They sell plastics sets with graphics installed.
I agree. They do excellent work and sell plastics too so a one stop shop.
That solicited a laugh!
We can install graphics on the plastics for you. Below are some nice combos we did in a last few days. Link where you can see few examples: https://scrubdesignz.com/en/other-stuff/graphics-applied-plastics.html

Use a spray bottle of water with a couple drops of dawn. Wet both surfaces and that way you have time to position the graphics where you want before they stick permanently. Then use a squeegee to force out all the water and bubbles. A heat gun on low helps to get them to soften up and contour to the shape of the plastics. It also helps dry them out so the water evaporates out leaving nothing but the graphics adhesive to bond. I still give them a day before I ride just to be sure they dry completely.
Who?
Sean is awesome to work with at DecalMX. Go with them! I have two sets of graphics from him ordered with them already mounted to a new set of plastic. He gets all my work.
Ignore my Honda not being complete, waiting on parts 🤣.

They'll hook you up!
+1 on Sean at Decal Works.
Mayson’s CRF (in Hammer’s famous thread) had plastic with pre-applied graphics courtesy of Sean.
I also cannot put graphics on and used decal, will without a doubt always go this route
I’ve never had them install graphics, but every kit I’ve ordered from these guys has been high quality and they’re very easy to work with. For the record I have zero affiliation with them and am not sponsored by any graphics company, I’ve purchased all of my kits at full retail, just wanted to give credit where it’s due.
Same here, I have ordered my last 4 sets from MXGraphics and agree, they are great to work with, will design what ever you ask for, and great quality.

This thread is great! I absolutely hate putting graphics on, but never thought I could go this route. Thanks for starting this CPan!
I’m apparently a weirdo because I love installing them haha! Just slapped these on last night. I know these guys install them if you want also (CSMX) and I’ve dealt with Bikegraphix and they do as well.
Wish Decal Works would hire a designer from SKDA..
Rival ink installed mine very happy with their service
I think 180 decals does this but not positive but I always liked their kits and how they fit/looked. Worth a call.
And miss out on all this fun ?
I’ve used DeCal Works numerous times and have never had any issues. Everything is made and mounted as requested and only have to bolt on the new plastics when they arrive. I will keep using and recommending them.
Decal Works sells a installation spray kit that works very well that kit has lasted me 10 years using it many times.
My last order I had them install on new plastic
I agree. My goodness, their graphics look dated. Everything else about the company I enjoy. Quality product, based in the Midwest, great customer service, etc.
I’ve been playing around with designing a set with Backyard. Unfortunately, I don’t think they install?
Agreed, HBD. Great stuff.
