There's just something about the way this dude rides a motorcycle. He rips outdoors and now he's got that confidence of being a SX winner just 5 races into his pro career. I guess with his relatively late arrival into racing he might even have a certain edge over his competition who have gone through the meat grinder of the amateur system.
What do you guys see as his ceiling?
I thought the same thing the first time I saw him ride and then when he won that Moto last year. very impressive, bike skill and talent. Title threat outdoors this year for sure.
I don’t think he is a title threat outdoors this year.
I do think if he continues to develop that he could eventually be one indoors and out.
He's put up better results than Jett in his first year. Won a moto outdoors, won a SX in his 5th try.
He needs to do exactly what he did at A2. Stay off the ground, get good starts, learn the pace up front. I think one more year of that and he can be a title threat. He has the support group around him and bike under him. It’s gonna come down to the mental side and maturity. Huge fan, hope he can reach his potential.

He is a very talented racer and rider.
I don't see him being better than Jett in raw speed and performance.
He will have a good career if he can stay healthy.
I would say his potential is just as good as nichols or cooper.
Good solid rider with a long career but never a big headline name.
But hopefully he proves me wrong and stays humble.
Lets see what the Chef cooks in the future.
Higher than Matthes’ ceilings for sure.
Hoping he becomes the next Great! rider after Ryan Villopoto from the great state of Washington. If he stays healthy, Washougal is going to be crazy with him racing there this year.
Is he still running steg pegz?
braxton dennicks ceiling might be even higher his style was on point. no troll.
what happened to team green? all the pipeline goes to jamaha now.
Love to see him and Boespflug start hitting their stride in the next 1-3 years. Stay smart, off the ground, and focused on the long game and it could happen. PNW!
Not in supercross
My kitchens ceiling is greasy since my range hood stopped working.
Seth hammaker won his 3rd pro race.
Kitchen is 22 in 2 weeks. Being older definitely reduces his ceiling.
His style is sick but I think having championship consistency will be hard with the way he rides. But when he has a good day he is fast af.
I don't think he is beating the likes of Jo or hunter over a championship but with progress he should be 1 of the main challengers for both title in 24.
Let's compare their first seasons.
Levi 27th in sx with a best finish of 9th
Jett 10th In sx with 1 podium
Levi 11th in mx with 1 race win and 1 4th.
Jett 4th in mx with 1 race win, 1 overall and 2 4th place.
Levi won his 3rd sx race in his 2nd season.
Jett won his 2nd sx race in his 2nd season.
Levi was 21.
Jett was 16.
Brooke Bowlin is 16
Cecilia Prado is 20
LOL
He was suffering from SSS .
Shitty Start Syndrome
I think Kitchen will eventually be better on a 450 based on his body type and size. His look on the 250 reminds me a little of AC9
Pit Row
He will win races and a title or two . One of my picks , of current crop of young guys , who is going to stick around a long time . He reminds me most of Anderson . There’s more speed there waiting to come out …
He can win if Lawrence loses!
Quite high, I really enjoy how he uses his body to balance on the bike.
He needs just more gate drops and laps he's got something.
Ok let’s do that without the Jett bias.
Levi got 8th at his 2nd national(first year), won a moto and podium overall at his 9th
Levi’s first SX he got 9th, and he won his 5th attempt (with Jett there)
Jett got 6th at his 4th national(second year),won a moto and got the overall at his 12th.
Jett’s first SX he got 9th, and he won his 8th attempt
You can site the age difference but remember that Jett was semi-pro before he came here(EMX) and has an older brother “learning the ropes” just ahead of him
Based on the results, their careers have started very similar. So why has one gotten rammed down our throats at every race from the start?
I'm a big fan of how he rides. I think Outdoors this year he will take a big step and be up front quite a bit. I won't be surprised if he gets a few wins. I think the title is realistic but maybe not likely. But if he starts running up front a bit more and can limit his mistakes, I think that would be a successful season. Just stay healthy, also. And from there I think he can be a Champion at some point.
My kitchen is 9 foot, any higher and the heat/AC bill would start to get scary.
