He looked way too over animated, especially while jumping,  trying to run at the pace of the leaders.

Sorry,  somebody had to say it.

His hair makes it look over animated.  Malcolm is as smooth as anyone and in fact was running the pace.

Jesus christ, deathcross '23 in full swing...

Death-practice. Sponsors don’t pay for practice. They pay for advertisements on the broadcast. makes you wonder if more practice days actually set some guys back.

I had him in my picks for 2nd

Forkner, Musquin, Hammaker, Shimoda, Stewart injured within two rounds, what a bummer

Seems the majority of injuries so far this year have been during training, not racing.
That’s a bit strange.

To me it always seems to go that way.  Most injuries during the week in practice.  Seeing as how they put in way way more the amount of laps in during the week it kinda makes sense.

You need to realize there are guys who go the “pace” by riding way too close to the edge way too much of the time.  Others go the pace riding at 95% all of the time.  Those guys are called the champion.  Malcolm crashes a lot because he’s the first guy.  Same with Forkner, same with a lot of guys.

They got you down for this but I agree. Subconscious visual effect. For me neck brace vs no neck brace is similar

Always Sad too see when we loose a potential front runner but it is the norm to start seeing injuries around the 2nd or 3rd round.

I think some riders (smart?) lay back a little at the beginning of the series collecting points knowing that several riders in front of them will end up drop out from injuries moving them toward the championship points standings.

I think Malcolm is pushing for a win way too early in the season.  Last year he was consistent and now he is pushing hard for a win.  Maybe he’s pushing hard at the test track too. I wish we had last year Malcolm at the beginning of the season then go for the win when he is in a good point position.  Let’s go Mookie fever.

When you're riding as fast as he is it would be tough to not try that extra bit to get faster in hopes of getting a win. Hope he's just banged up and can come back and get that win this year.

It’s all Eli’s fault. Everyone trying to step it up to beat ET and getting hurt.

Why is it taking so long to find out Malcolm’s injury then Swoll.

Its not, Mookie Hyper extended his knee... Also Swoll broke his arm, and already had surgery.

They (Swapmotos team) states mookies injury in this video.
