Cannot buy the pass - anyone else struggling?

Tried multiple devices, multiple browsers, multiple internet connections

I had this issue yesterday, found its caused by badly designed code which checks your location using a thirdparty service which is rate limited, meaning once the limit is reached the site breaks as it cannot set your location using the thirdparty service.

You can bypass this by going straight to the signup site here - https://app.supermotocross.tv/home (which was where I was directed to after resolving the issue, could be different for other countries as I'm in the UK)

I also worked around the issue by manually adding the Cookie for my Geolocation using the browser console, but you can just use the link above.

I had the same thing, and bitched about it on the 'How to watch AMA SX in Australia' thread. 

Seems I was able to get past it by going through  my Emails from Supermotocross.com. 

I've left that link up on my 'puter, so I don't have to mess around when the event comes on. 

Hopefully, it will work, and I'll get what I paid for.

PS - it can't be an Adblocker issue for me - I've never used / had such a thing.

Thanks for the link, was able to finally get the website to work on my Samsung TV browser

I cant work out why its trying to charge me $191 at checkout when it clearly says $159 on the subscriptions page.

Anyone else from UK had this problem, how much did you pay?

My buffering is being slowed down by buffering. The only time it works is for the "Coming up next" screen. (slight exaggeration) I don't know if it's their problem or mine. 

Anyone else?

Whip,

If you right click on the website and click at the bottom on inspector.
Once the inspector is open you can long press on the refresh button and select 'Empty cache & hard reload"
This should fix it, It happened earlier to me.

Then just close the inspector.

My buffering when away after I turned everything off, the modem, the phone, the tablet - everything . . . Waited 10 minutes and turn it all back on

II can't count the number of times I've given people that very bit of advice, luckily today a friend reminding me.

My feed keeps stopping every 10 mins or so and I have to refresh the page. Other sites are working fine during that time. Not very impressed given the $180usd price tag.
