2006 Suzuki RM250 with clear Texas title. Full build was completed in the fall of 2021. The bike has not seen dirt since the build was complete. The engine has about 15 minutes of run time on the bike stand.
Frame:
New Works replica skid plate, new works replica water pump guard, new powder coat, titanium raptor foot pegs, and cdi mount relocated to add the HPSD. New OEM subframe, air box, air boot, fuel tank, and complete seat.
Motor:
Complete engine build by Jim Haeseker. New VHM cylinder head, cylinder port work with case match port work, new ProX crank shaft balanced and coated by CWI, polished transmission (gears and components), Hinson clutch (Hinson hub, Hinson pressure plate & Hinson basket), new works replica Suzuki Hinson clutch cover, New Samco Sport radiator hoses, braced and reinforced oem radiators by ICW, Vforce 3 reed valve cage, and new works replica shifter. The engine build started with a new cylinder from Suzuki. New Pro Circuit works pipe and new Ti/Carbon shorty silencer.
Suspension:
49mm Showa A Kit forks with a kit mx spring seats. Valved and serviced by Factory Connection with .47 springs. These are RM specific A Kit forks that I believe originated from RG3. They have RM cast lugs. Coatings are in very good condition. Showa A Kit rear shock valved and serviced by Factory Connection. New Kashima Coating on the body and new DLC coating on the shaft. I believe this shock originated from Pro Circuit for an RMZ. It’s now set up for the RM. New Ride Engineering clamps and oem rear suspension linkage that was polished and anodized. The anodize on the linkage shows wear as it carried over from the first build I did on this bike.
Brakes:
New Motostuff V2 billet front caliper, motostuff 280mm front rotor, Crf front master cylinder, motostuff rear rotor, new motostuff front brake line, and oem rear brake line. Coated rear master cylinder with site glass removed. Titanium caliper pistons.
Misc:
New wheels built by Dubya, Haan hubs with yellow excel rims. New Dunlop MX33 front and rear tires. New oem wiring harness, new oem ignition coil and new oem kill switch. Lightspeed carbon front rotor guard, fork lug guard, case saver, and chain guide. New Pro Taper Evo handlebars and Pro Taper throttle tube. A rough count revealed 109 titanium bolts. Works Suzuki clutch perch and lever with new clutch cable and new throttle cable. Works replica rear axle, chain blocks, and castle nut.
The parts and pieces on the bike are either new or in very good condition. What isn’t new carried over from the previous build which had been ridden at 3 Palms twice. This is a great bike for anyone looking to do an in-depth RM250 build as all the work is already done. Most all of the hard to find pieces and parts are present. Its complete and ready to go. This bike would also be perfect for an RC replica and could easily be converted. I can answer any additional questions and information via text or email. The bike is located in Houston Texas, and it can be shipped at the buyers expense and arrangements. Ask price is $10,000. If interested please leave contact info below in comment or DM me to exchange contact info.

Very, Very nice, sir!
Awesome!

Just keep that piece of art and put it in the family room. These builds never come close to recouping their money, so just make it a centerpiece of your house or even the garage.
Ken Roczen will be contacting you shortly...
PM sent
Mein gott, that thing is beautiful.
Also neat to see an old semi-local engine builder's work on here! Haeseker builds rockets!
Worth every penny. Very nice bike, someone going to get a solid bike.
Hopefully someone buys it soon, I’m weak for a nice RM250.
Side note, I got the rear shock from you!
Well you did just free up some space…….
Beautiful build
So nice
IMO, no 2 stroke of that era looks better than a Zook with yellow rims. This bike is so rad. Love it.
From the financial side, this bike is a far better investment than shelling out over $10k for a new 450 that’ll be worth $5-6k in three years.
Pit Row
Any thoughts of parting it out?

Just curious.
Awesome bike, but sorry not at the moment, thanks!
Let me know if you ever change your mind!
Hey do you have any videos of this running? Someone needs to buy this before I do something financially unwise.
Do me a favour and buy it.
I'm in the UK, but even with international postage this would be a super deal!
There's a Pastrana rep RM250 for sale here in the UK which is built to a way lesser spec than this up for £12,500, which is around $15,500!
I could take one this weekend and send it
