Who cares, he's been great in the booth... I've heard he used to have a diagnosed speech problem so it can't always be easy doing commentary...

I still think the booth has been better this year with Weege, DB and Emig than it has in ages... if we can just get Weege in the booth for SX... he is just about flawless, no more James Reeds please!!!!

emig does pretty good and his stuff after the race commenting on dungey was spot on but my point was people get treated differently for who they are and some people can't understand that.

emig does well most of the time but he ain't perfect and not one person said anything about his lock up until i did. can you imagine if erin or ralph or a new comer did that? shit this place would implode. Smile

weege is awesome actually and if him and DB were teamed with kevin kelly i think ratings with go up considerably

i won't bag on Fro for the stuttering....... hell most people trip on their words from time to time.... but his content (all season) has not been close to being in Baileys league.... Bailey always makes good points that are very relevant to whats going on, and he doesn't care whos working the booth with him..... Fro just didn't add anything of value to the broadcast this weekend... having to "compete" against Bailey in the commentator department rocked him, and left him mumbling all kinds of worthless crap on saturday.....

Emig was a great racer....but I've never liked what he does in the booth.

the two erins can hit the road also.

Shaheen is okay, actually.

Bailey and Weege are great - one of the best teams in a long time. Holley is good at calling the races also.

RC, Langston were good for analysis in the booth this year also.

Good points.

As a former multi-champ, i always expect more analysis (and less screaming) from Emig but never really get it.

Bailey, some would argue, over-analyzes what's going on on the track

Bailey is soooo much better than Emig! Emig sucks! He needs to learn how to conjugate his verbs. He talks like a 5 year old, and that has nothing to do with his stuttering. (why put someone in the booth who is known to stutter anyway?, duh!) He's as dumb as a rock. Give me Bailey any day! I cringe whenever Emig opens his mouth. Weege is so good he is on another planet than Emig.

Emig is a horrible announcer, Ill take Sheheen over him. And no stuttering is not his fault, its the people that hired him that are to blame. who the hell decided someone with a speech problem should be an announcer.

Emig is the best thing to happen to the tv package in the last 15 years. Shame on you people for bagging on him. His commentating this year has been excellent. Wow he made a small mistake...he is 100x better than anyone else, certainly better that Weege who says "ON SPEED" the exact same ridiculous way before every break. I also loved how he said the fans were going to "blow the roof off of Southwick." I have watched every broadcast this year and Emig has improved dramatically...he is clearly doing his homework. Fro better be back next year.

Sheheen may not stutter but he is dumb as shit when it comes to moto knowledge. Bailey is on another level than emig for sure but if i never had to hear another shitty story about 'ricky stewart' or 'james reed' again i would be ok with that
