I tend to believe Keefer about bike parts and related info.

Dude, go pull it for a 2021. It's the same goddamn bike (just have many have complained), the motosport.com website just isn't updated.

Is that a subjective fact or an objective opinion?

Chill out. I'll take what Keefer said on Pulp over Motosport.

Kenny needs to show up at Anaheim in shorts with a special-effects-quality fake giant right calf...

According to Suzuki parts fisch, rmz450 oem conrod for 2018 and 2022 are the same part number/same rod.

Oem part number for rods on the rmz450 2018 and 2022 are the same. Therefore, use the same rod. Look for yourself and do a little research before thinking you know more than anyone else.

The real elephant in the room here is would anyone trust a hot rods connecting rod over an oem??  I sure wouldn’t.

Oh I never said I know more, I was going off what Keefer said. That's all.

Didn't realize THAT would strike such a nerve.

I mean this is a huge win for Suzuki, right? Good Lord they are getting so much press right now it's ridiculous.

A few weeks ago did ANYONE think connecting rods for an RMZ would be a hot topic of debate?

Keefer doesn’t know everything as many seem to think.

I think PMG is their FIM WSX operation.

I hope the first time he stalls it starts on the first kick. Cause if he has to kick that thing 8 or 9 times or go looking for neutral we're going to get beat over the head with it for the whole season Laughing,   How many Roczen kickstart threads a day will that cause ?  It'd be on every highlight reel for the rest of the year, probably make the opening segment of every episode lol.  He doesn't need that, and we don't need that Cheerful

I'd be surprised it there is not going to be a Billet Proof CX in that bike

I think that is a rekluse clutch. Don't have but rode one once; can come to a complete stop in gear and won't stall. A fellow Suzuki rider picked one up because he was tiring of losing races because of stalls.

I bet Roczen goes Hinson though.

Novice class? How many times did he stall? Why does he keep letting it happen?

You do realize those parts fische lists online aren’t always correct. The internet isn’t always correct lol.

over the winter I took my 2020 ktm 250xc and turned it into a 300 using oem components. All the big outlets like Rocky Mountain and Motosport had multiple part numbers listed incorrectly. There would be 250 parts listed from my bike on the 300 that the 300 has its own specific part for and the 250 part doesn’t even get close to fitting. Took a lot of buying and exchanging to get it right. And those sites are still incorrect.

Understand the difference in situations here. You are talking taking your KTM, a bike that regularly receives updates and revisions and converting to 300 and finding some part numbers were incorrect. We are talking about a RMZ that was introduced in 2018 and has remained nearly 100% unchanged up to and including the current model year. Also, I could be wrong here, but I would sure bet that places like Rocky and Motosport get there parts fische directly from the oems and are not accumulating the information themselves. So I would assume everyone, including Keefer, would have access to same information has the rest of us. Which would still show they are the same rod.

There’s no doubt in my mind that Roczen will do great, no matter what he’s riding! I just find it funny that everyone thinks the rmz is an outdated piece of shit… All this drama brings even more excitement for A1! I can’t wait!!!!

It’s funny people make such a big deal about the kickstarter. Ktm had electric start since 2013 and hardly anyone I know of claimed it as a big advantage….Most the jap bikes didn’t have it until 2018–19 or so. However now it’s some huge advantage and if your motocross bike doesn’t start like a four-wheeler you are screwed I guess lmao

That Suzuki platform is solid. Handles great and has great ergonomics. Throw a damn rekluse on the thing and who cares.

For most people here i agree, if it worries you throw a rekluse on it! For Kenny i disagree, that wont give him the feel and performance he wants for SX & MX. But i also agree that the kickstart wont be an issue for him either... Its a damn good bike and as long as he keeps his head on straight and stays healthy, he will do well on it.
