If we were the perpetrator and it happened to anybody else then we would be out on the streets already. But because he allegedly said these magic words, I'm sure he will be locked up forever just like a January 6th insurrectionist. Because this will get blamed on right-wing extremism

Yes here in chicago 6 weeks ago the guy and some bitch that stabbed my brother were released on A O/R. Tried to rob him at 11 pm in downtown Chicago. Judge O/R'd both of them and they were out by 1pm. The rap sheet on both of them is a mile long. Both arrested over 6 times in the last 16 months for theft and or assault. Both have pending cases bit yet they are out on the street. She got picked up again last week for pos of a firearm by a felon.

Yes, it does happen. We have called police in to try to press charges on psych patients that attack us and they try to convince us not to press charges because they are psych patients. They don't want to actually arrest them, because they are psych patients. It happens more than you would know.

This whole story sounds a little fishy. Sounds more like a lover’s quarrel that spiraled out of control. How in the hell did a guy break into a 9 million dollar townhome owned by the Pelosi’s, unabated, in the middle of the night? Cops show up, perp’s in his underwear wrestling with Pauly and trying to beat him with a hammer. Hard to fathom the home of the most powerful woman on the planet doesn’t have a security system. Sounds awfully suspicious.
