All speculation at this point and if there is any truth to this "bottom boy" being in the pelosi home at hammar head paul's invite....then I reckon he will be the first person to be prosecuted and jailed in Calif in four years. So doesn't CA have a domestic violence law that states even if the victim doesn't want to press charges the police have to? And since the attack happened after the police were inside the house and witnessed it, they don't need his testimony. The police watched it happen. The attack didn't start till the police were inside the house. So, if the police
go ahead and file charges based on what they witnessed, there will still be an investigation. Unless of course they just let him go like all the other criminals. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to press charges because he doesn't want an investigation. Could they force him to testify? It's not like he can plead the 5th. But if he refuses to testify, would that be interfering with an investigation? Inquiring minds want to know!

The nurse who had him in the ER would be a mandated reporter. Meaning that if we hear any suspicion of abuse, then we have to report it. But since he's an adult of sane mind it would be up to him to press charges or not. That's as much as I know, from the nursing standpoint.

I definitely had the same thing happen more than once. I would have a battered wife, and then I would ask them if they wanted to press charges, but they would say no sometimes. And then I would discharge them with broken bones. But the cops would always at least come to interview them.
