A sincere thank you to all the respondents to my practical joke. I am quite taken with the fact that so many of you, infact all of you (except for the guy telling me to eat a bag of dicks, ( I mean, where on earth do you get a bag of dicks from these days?) have taken this with a sense of humour, the only reason I did it. Again . . .

I want to open up to the fact that I am a repeat offender. In fact on the 25th of September 2009, my bumped post was "Tedesco hurt . . ". That didn't last too long though as OC Scottie (RIP) send it off to the dumbgeon.

So look forward to another one in 13 years time when everyone's forgotten this evil I have perpetrated.

May we see awesome racing in the MXDN. I will be backing Australia to the hilt, hoping for a podium topping performance from the Lawrence brothers and Mitch Evans, but more importantly, hoping for some great racing.

Have at it boys!!

Got me to click anyway.

I vote that the thread creation date be put somewhere beside the title to prevent this kind of trolling.

Well played and the relief after seeing the date and good chuckle was worth it. I’m all about backing my country but at the end of the day no matter which side of whatever body of water we live on we all strap our helmets and boots on the same. We are all here because we love moto and that’s all that matters. May the best team win but I’m a fan of every countryman out there throwing their hat in the ring no matter how they finish. The pulse is a little higher at this race. Lots of pride on the line. Which is better for racing than money. Best race of the year to me no matter who does or doesn’t show up.

Damnit, I was hoping to get Craig in there somehow, or Anderson, or any other rider that has not REFUSED and invite in the past.
Easy to never refuse if you’re never picked.

Exactly.
Not to mention not getting in an uproar over a forum thread title, over what would have been a front page media story upon coming to this site.

As already mentioned, you don't see the date on your phone and not everyone goes straight to the front page with their bookmarked link. It was a good troll, no need to be a smartass lol.
