The next question is:
Who is to blame for the recent engine problems? Is it the in house JGR motors, mechanic, or some freakish string of luck?
This is the thread were the adults have a decent discussion about it, right?
When trying to build bigger and faster motors or any new parts, a team has to test the part and put many, many hours on that new part. I didn't know the details, but if they were breaking motor's right and left, the last thing they should have done was to send their best guy out on a race track with a possible issue.
Now they are looking like..........well, not looking good to the public.
Not sure who's fault it is....mechanics,engine builders, fabricators,Yamaha, etc.?
JGR is a very professional team and it is obvious JBone knows his shit.
But having two motors go sour and lock up like that and sending their STAR RIDER to the hospital twice in a row does not look good at all, from the outside looking in at least.
It has also got to be crushing to a riders confidence level that he puts into his bike and team.
Personally I would be a little hesitant/gun shy to get back under any machine they put me on
after having something like that happen twice in a row.
That is some scary stuff.
Hopefully JGR gets it all sorted out and they learn from their mistakes and something like this does NOT ever happen again and Josh gets back out there asap and gets back to winning some motos.
Pit Row
He sure was livid with his wrench. I completely understand how it gets when emotions are running high like that.
Bottom line, I hope Josh is ok.
