I think most of us would agree with that, but it’s just an opinion, because a true comparison isn’t really possible.

However, the eye test is fine to base your opinion on…. And what I saw today, in my opinion, was a guy petitioning for the FMOTP title.

Just my opinion, of course. Chase looked insane today. He beat the best Tomac I've seen at Unadilla, too. It wasn't Elito Mac

You’re a victim of the moment but I agree he definitely crushed it today. Excellent championship battle at the moment. 1 point lead and 6 motos to go, neither is a “GOD”. They’re practically tied in points.

Tomac rides Budds pretty well, too. Ironman? I don't know who I give the advantage there. Obviously Pala is all Sexton. This should be epic

Victim of the moment? Let’s remember Sexton passed and left Tomac Moto 1 before crashing at Spring Creek too. He also should of won Moto 2 Colorado. Sexton is on the gas!

Tomac is Tomac - one of the GOATs.

I think that Milville was a game changer for Sexton. Realizing that he could run with Tomac on Tomac’s best days.

After that we can see that something has changed in Sextons mind, and have been the fastest rider since then on track.

How does PED testing work for the Outdoors? I know in Supercross they would randomly test people.

One? But the Greeks believed there were 12 Gods. And Buddhist's don't have a God. But moto is my religion and the new revelation is that Sexton is God.

He was very impressive, again.

Still get that nervous feeling while watching with how hard he's pushing and just how fast he's going at times, but he seems to have a handle on it and nobody can question the speed he has now.

Kid is on another level this season. But, judging from his Gypsy tails podcast (I know that’s equivalent to MXA on here), he’s going to burn out quick. Doesn’t seem to have fun with it, super serious and super hard on Himself and his results. Seems to be a mix of Stewart’s introvert personality and RV’s drive to win. Brutal combination for the competition, terrible combination for a lengthy, fun and healthy career.

Interesting point. RC was pretty serious. Maybe not as serious as Chase though.

RC was the most serious MX rider the sport has ever seen.

I agree with this, he just didn't always wear it on his sleeve for all to see. It shows on Chase, always... But I think as he gets more confident and comfortable with winning, that outward pressure may not show as much and that will be good for him.

Chase IS the man outdoors right now. I personally think he's going to lock this down winning 4 of the last 6 motos...

100%, Tomac was in to win this race... He was waxing everyone, but Chase. And the speed at which Chase put Tomac down 5-6 seconds after the pass was unbelievable.

Budds Creek is even in my eyes maybe with a slight edge for Tomac. Ironman you would think is advantage Chase but Tomac has won the last 3 overalls although they haven’t been in the dominant variety. Pala I would lean Chase but Tomac is either really good there or average 1-1, 1-4, 9-8, 2-1, 7-4. I think this comes down to the wire. Very possible Tomac loses the title with 14 moto wins, 7 overalls, and 549 points 🤯🤯

Guess my lawndart comment hit a nerve.... lol.

...and the Sexton Fan-Boi club is born. Time to start wearing those jerseys with another mans name on your back. Woohoo

Sexton is talented for sure. The nut-swinging isn't really necessary.

Think this title might go with track prep over the remaining three.

Chase’s bike seems glued when it’s slick…. Eli seems to be able to go another gear when it’s deep.

Typically Ironman is deep, Budds is in the middle and Pala might end up pretty hard again.

Naw he will not burn out as fast as someone that lives in a warm state. Growing up he didn’t ride at all in the winter. Moto 1 when he got into 4th I saw him testing the track and trying diff lines. Aggressive pass on Eli in small opening. 2nd moto when he gets close then bam a surge of speed for the pass. For a couple laps Eli mirrored his lines. Great ride for a slick track.

How did Chase get around Eli 2nd moto? I didn't see the pass from where I was watching. I just know know Eli had about a one second gap on Chase and when they came back around Chase was in front with about a one second gap. How the hell do you do that to Tomac? I was shaking my head. And they were both destroying Anderson in 3rd
