JA and Chase's fast laps were 1.5 seconds faster than the next guys, Roczen and Tomac.

Awesome race. Sexton’s technique is a thing of beauty, and Anderson’s hang loose style is fun to watch. Both dudes absolutely hauling the mail. Man, I love outdoors!

Cairoli made up a lot of time to get within 2.5 seconds of Dungey.

Tomac not in good enough shape yet for beast mode to show up. He is just pacing.

Wonder where ol’ Dylon would’ve stacked up against these two. Chase and Anderson are shredding but Dylan was waxing everyone last year. Really wonder what Eli can do this summer but outside of him and Roczen, I don’t know who else I can see winning right now. The top two beat 3rd by like 30 seconds again.

Doesn't have race winning speed as it stands, but if he can improve his first five lap speed, he'll be in the thick of the battle with the rest. He had a better moto. Good to see!

Watching those guys ring those 250's necks on the start sweeper is pretty amazing. They literally on the back fenders WFO.

5 seconds over 20 minutes? That race just spread out with the top two smoking everyone. At this point were getting roughly the same guys in similar positions every moto

That’s what I miss about the slower bikes back when people were on two strokes. Everyone was trying to get every last bit of power out of them which created really unique/different techniques between all the top riders. Now they detune the bikes because they’re too fast and heavy to handle for an entire moto.

At least there’s still a glimpse of it in the 250 class!

Man, when it comes to Chase and Andersons riding styles you can't find two polar opposites. I find it amazing to watch as the Kawi is a more stable bike and fits JA free riding style. On the flip side, Chase being so poised and perfect with his technique on the bike is a thing of beauty. Honda has that bike dialed in for him. It looks like it is working so well front to rear and stays stable as can be. Really cool

I don't think Romano has started outside the top 5. Kid is gonna be good.

Wow, Romano is showing that he’s one of the guys that knows how to start up front. Impressive!

EDIT: Beaten to the punch multiple times. Grinning
