Rumor is that Anstie is returning to the MXGP series to fill in for the 84.

Lets hope that will last longer than first fill-in that took just one timed practice to crash out.

I mean he didn't really set the world on fire last Summer. He did finish strong though, so a bit shocked to see he hasn't gotten a chance yet, but I'm not sure McElrath has yet either. Savatgy to Kawasaki makes sense because he rode for them in the past.

You would have Thought Ktm Usa would have Helped him out with a Bike for the Summer after what Happened with the Team he was on but i Guess he is more useful to Ktm in Mxgp if it Happens! Smile as long as he gets a Competive Bike somewhere thats All that Matters, he's too Good Not to have that....

Not sure why Max can’t get a good outdoors ride?! Would have liked to see him on Deano’s bike!

I've often wondered if Anstie has a tendency to be difficult to work with, he comes across well in interviews but when a team is having a change he tends to be the 1st on the list to be out, he seldom stays on a team for more than 2 seasons.

Man I was hoping he'd get a good fill in for outdoors. Dude crushes it outdoors would have been fun to watch. For for him though to get a fill in over there.

Not sure why he should be risking his life on those bikes. Just a f*cking joke TBH.

Nothing like family of a compensated endorser stating in social media that your product is a joke (TBH) and deathly unsafe to really help move the units.

Lets face it he hasn't delivered on what was expected of him since being in the USA.
He certainly bounces around the Teams.

He has been fine outdoors and has done pretty good indoors as well. What was expected of him?

Was going to say the same, or they don’t want the drama of dealing with his wife

Back when he was riding MX2, he rode for 4 different teams, year after year.

He isn’t fast enough to have people close to him talking trash about his sponsors. Would you sign him knowing if there was a mechanical issue or if he didn’t finish quite well enough that his wife might start dissing your bike? The point of sponsoring someone is to promote the product in a positive way.

Is this a go, or still speculation? I'd just like to see him get a ride. He is the 2017 FMOTP after all... Wink

You would of thought this weekends GP would be a good track for Anstie to jump in at, he is one of the best sand riders in the world after all.
