Great battle! I thought Craig had Hunter once he reeled him in. Pumped for Hunter, nice to see a non red plate win.

Just after Jett passed Joe, did he cut from the outside split lane to the inside split lane, just before the last bollard?

Really cool to see Hunter win this one. Not sure Craig was giving it everything he had but doesn't matter, Hunter won the shootout and was the best rider today. Really cool to see how stoked Jett is for him, these dudes are fun to watch for sure.

One guy got second, and yeah the other guy got 3rd. But 18 was 18 seconds back and caught Craig down to 4 seconds. In a regular coast race, Jett could’ve laid it down first turn just the same, and caught Craig and left him in the dust to win. Only reason he didn’t was because it was an E/W.

If it wasn’t for his dirt samples I’d say JL18 is a cyborg.

I just need to say this again, for all the shit Hunter has been through the last years with all his missing races and injuries, it's a blast to watch him finally fulfil and race up to his potential. He might not win the championship, but to have him there every race is really nice.

Man, rest of guys should be worried for Hunter. His progress curve is amazing.

He looked like a b rider during practice when he raced first sx races when he got to US. Now, holding og Craig.

How does the guy in second tip over and they don’t catch it or mention it? Crazy how poor the coverage is

Yea...long list of next great goats that went too fast for their own good. Jett is amazing...but If he doesn’t get taken out by someone...and doesn’t win...I don’t want to hear would haves... he got beat. Period.

Jett 8/10th of a second faster, in traffic, compared to Craig. Amazing
4/16/2022 2:21pm
Umm, Jett never gained a second on the lead the entire race until the last 2 laps. He ran 15 seconds back from the lead the entire race.

I really wish they had a shoot-out earlier in the season so we could see all these guys race together with less injuries and more on the line as far as championship points.

Did anyone else see the ktm in the back of the mule with no forks and front wheel when they were showing the finishing results on the broadcast? I think it was the same bike that was at the beginning of the sand split lane a few laps before the finish

Oldenburg is probably going to end up 3rd in the East series despite missing the first round with bike trouble. Not how he would want to get it but he has ridden really well and with that team I'm pretty sure he will get a big bonus for 3rd in points

Not just because he got the win, I feel Hunters style could slot him straight into top 5 in the 450 class, and I don't mean just now with a depleted field.

I’ve got respect for Jett’s ability but the way the media elevates him to walk on water status it’s getting old. They keep shoving that stuff down the viewers throats it’s unfortunately going to backfire on the kid in the end.

He needs 52 points. With a win today and RJ 8th he would have clinched
